" WHAT ? What do you mean I thought it was approved " she looked at him in anger " you can't be serious , I believe my patient is stable enough to not wear it " she shook her head moving her Hair back as the guard opened the door to find him .
He was laughing all by myself. Again.
" how you doing doll ? You look upset. " he said leaning in into the chair " what's wrong princess ? " he said with a serious face
" oh it's just people here make me so mad .. I made a request for you to not wear that thing since you've made such a good improvement and they just denied it out of no where "she said crossing her arms as she walked to the familiar chair. The joker smiled fully watching her looking up at her
"ah well doll some people don't like me here , but don't worry about them because I have my ways to ... take care of myself " he said winking at her making her blush from what it seemed like the millionth time . But she shook her head thinking I'm making him feel better , I will help the biggest psycho path in Gotham
. " how's the little boyfriend ?"asking darkly watching her breathing  in .
"oh Jared his fine , but don't mind him  let's talk more about you , are the pills working for you ?  ." She said smiling moving a lose strand of hair from her 
"yeah they workin fine doll, does he... please you ? " he said watching her smiling . " excuse me ?..  " she cleared her throat looking up at him. " it's a simple question pumpkin, does. He. Please. You. ?  Does he make you have goosebumps just at the thought of him ? " he said watching her again , she cleared her theist looking away , it was extremely inappropriate to talk about these matters with a patient.
But he wasn't just a patient he was a friend.

" well ... We've been lately having some.. problems I guess you could say " she said shyly

" ah what are the problems doll ?  You can tell me all the problems you've got sweet cheeks , maybe I can give my service " he said smiling again

She glared at him biting her lip , of course she's not gonna be attracted to her patient. That's insane! But that's what it is folks she was slowly turning Like him more and more and he was slowly feeling her again , he started to have the same feeling he hasn't had for a long time. Love. He despise that word. Mainly because it made him look weak.  He had to stay the way he was heartless.
