Night was already incoming, Subaru searches for a restaurant of some sort in the town...
"Um Rem... where should we go?" questioned Subaru. Occasionally, Rem was pointing at a sign almost meters away from her head. It read: PARADOX FRENZY! Food & drink. Nothing else seemed intriguing around the town, so him and Rem entered the quiet, peaceful, and fancy resteraunt.
Subaru and Rem exchanged puzzled looks, a cat laid on a table, a bartender was cleaning up dishes off near by tables, and smoke trailed the room up and down.
"Subaru?" Rem said. He didn't respond, in fact, he paused for a second then remained walking to the counter. Subaru stared at a empty counter, cluttered with broken wood mugs, spilled ale (Is what it seemed to his eyes, a sweet delightful orange substance whose scent applied with a thick pungent.) Anyway, so Subaru carried his way at the counter, asking whoever was around to help him and Rem.
"Good evening folk! How may I treat you this lovely midnight?" a hyper male voice echoed from another room, connected to the bar. A tall man, wearing a green vest, tied with rough rope combined with some kind of glue on the attire, had catered for the love birds.
"Oh...- thank you!" Subaru replied.
"We are very welcomed..." Rem bowed to the manager, as everyone settled down.

"Subaru... I wanted to thank you." Rem began. Apparently, Subaru was thanking the man who brought them bread & wine out from the cooler-room, when Rem spoke. As finishing up the great appreciation he had with the companion, he turned back to Rem very curious and flushed.
"Don't mention it. It's no problem at all Remmy! You have your hero here whenever!" Subaru enquired.
"No! I mean....- sorry. I do love you... and I'm really grateful to have you in my life. I wish I can do the best to have you around. I'm just scared that-"
"Rem-san," Subaru responded serious. "I won't ever leave your side. I love you, and that's a permanent. There's nothing that could make me hate you- even if you counted all the stars in the night sky 5 times with a reason for me to dislike you, I'd always be in love with you."
Immediately, Rem's face went peach red- her eyes swell up in happiness, the air around her transforms into a spicy, but not too spicy, romantic blossom aura. Rem steps away from her seat and toward Subaru. She bends down and hops on his lap, holding onto him tightly. Her hair sinks onto his right shoulder, tickling his ears, while she nudges her forehead on him. Rem whispers into his ear, "No o-ones ev-ever told me something special like that before.."
"Ah, yes. I'm sure anyone would love to be around you, with you, talking with you, and of course- be with you. You have nothing to worry about now. I'll take good care of you Rem-tan." he petted her hair slowly and passionately, dreaming how wonderful she was.
Seconds later and footsteps enter the dining room, the manager bringing back meals to the love ones, finds them cuddling together on the old-fashioned chair.
