¿dime la historia de cómo el sol se enamoró de la luna?
//"All my work, down the damn drain? I am beyond frustrated," Roman says quietly while pulling a folded ten dollar bill he just so happend to find outside the arcade. Niall had been jealous, since he claimed to have found the money first. Roman gives it to the person behind the register, the young fifteen or sixteen year old who smiles at the two and gives Roman back his change. "And where's my fucking thanks, man? I bought you food, be grateful." Roman gives the change to Niall who happily takes it, slipping it into his back pocket.
It's Friday and it's a sunny day, except for the few dark clouds that littered the sky and the slight rainfall. It made the atmosphere a bit humid, but no one really seemed to mind it. It wasn't the exhausting kind of humid that made you feel disgusting as soon as you stepped outside of the house. "Im sorry- thanks." He smooths out his band shirt before looking back up at his friend and forcing a small smile.
Roman could see through his fake and forced smile. He knew his friend was hurting, that's why he insisted on taking Niall out for food and ice cream- all for the sake of not seeing him in a saddened mood because of some douche that hadn't talked to him for the past few days. Roman knows well that Calvin is probably suffering more than Niall was, but he just had to take Niall's side, since that's what friends do, right? "Come on, give me a real smile, because you're really damn bad at faking one," Roman says as they move to one side of the small food place where others are also waiting for their orders. Niall rolls his eyes.
"I'm trying, mate. I just feel down. You know that."
Roman laughs to himself when he recalls how Niall wouldn't leave his room that morning until Roman mentioned buying him some french fries. "I know," Roman says as he stopped laughing and became all around serious. He just hadn't spent time with his best friend during the time in which he was truly happy with himself. "But just because he left you doesn't mean you should be suffering. Lighten up- for me?"
Niall laughs and turns to get the small basket of fries that another one of the employees had set on the metal counter. He holds the basket with one hand, using the other to take two of the fries into his mouth and eating them. Roman steals one, gesturing for him and Niall to leave. "I'm really trying. Like, I don't- I just feel like shit. And I don't know how to like... cope with this. You get what I'm saying?"
They both stand just outside the restaurant for a moment, both boys silent before Niall takes another french fry into his mouth. They continue walking.
"I guess so. But you know- I haven't been able to keep a stable relationship in years."
"I suppose both of us aren't mentally stable enough for relationships. Jesus christ."
"I mean, it's not that I'm not mentally stable. But, just haven't found anyone. It kind of sucks."
Niall laughs. It quickly fades away when the image of Calvin appears back into his mind. He stiffens a bit. "It'll probably never happen, though. You're gonna be stuck with me for a long time."
Niall licks his lips before continuing to eat. He covers his mouth with his hand while he speaks. "You're only using me for my Netflix account and wifi."
"But Niall, it works the other way around too. I buy you fucking food," Roman says, pushing the basket to Niall's chest which makes some of the fries fall to the ground. Niall pouts, glaring at his friend before they both continue walking. They're walking back to Niall's home, the path beneath their feet littered with candy wrappers from the arcade and broken pieces of the streets. People would steer clear of one another, leaving enough space for Niall and Roman to stand beside each other to make it not homo at all. "At least I return the favor once in awhile. I haven't been to your house in weeks," Niall stated.
