Tener un amante que se ve como te gusta quizás se mágica
//

It's six thirty. Otherwise known as thirty minutes before Niall would be driving out of town with Calvin to go see fucking Panic! At the Disco. However Niall is sitting by the door watching the rain flood the still bust streets of their small town and Roman is sitting outside in one of the chairs Niall had set out on his porch. For some reason he enjoyed getting soaked from the rainwater and watching branches and bundles of leaves rushing down in a small river of water and crashing onto the sidewalks. Niall didn't dare take one step outside, some of the rain was already getting to him and he wasn't even out the door.

"I'm getting Calvin," Niall says abruptly while standing up. Roman just waves him off. "I'll get going soon," Roman says, eyes still focused on the rain falling from the dark sky. Niall closes the door behind him and locks it, the noisy keys dropping into his pocket.

He sighs before stepping into the rain and immediately getting water dripping down his arms and jean covered legs. He has a jacket on, the hood up, so the rain wouldn't get to his face nor hair.

Calvin quickly opens the door after Niall knocks, the shorter boy smiling softly at Niall. "I was wondering if you wanted to leave just a bit early? To see if the rain subsides."

"The one day it rains during the summer," Calvin says, laughing darkly. The blank expression returns yet again which makes Niall a bit sad, to say in the least.

"So let's go?" Niall asks, hoping he would agree and they could be off. Calvin nods.

"Great," he says and sighs in content. Calvin lets Niall grab his hand softly and guide him down the front of the house, going to Niall's car that's parked directly in front of his house. He sees how Calvin is looking awkwardly at Roman who had yet to move despite his hair being completely wet and ruined, along with his clothing. "Ignore him, I have no idea why he's still here," Niall says quietly. Now both of them are looking at Roman, who had already noticed them staring but decided not to speak up about it.

"Get some, man," Roman calls out after they had been quietly whispering about him for the next minute or so. Niall blushes furiously as he opens the car door for Calvin. The shorter boy just laughs, thanking Niall quickly before he starts laughing again.

Was him being embarrassed really that entertaining?

He sits in the driver's seat beside Calvin who is now silent, looking out the window and watching the rain drops race down the window and dispersing into smaller beads of rainwater. "Are you hungry? Are you bored? Do you-"

"I'm fine, Niall," Calvin says, cutting him off, "We literally just started driving."

"You're right."

Only ten minutes after getting out of town, the traffic becomes progressively worse. Calvin was really just enjoying the Drake song playing and the string of curses that left Niall's mouth as he had to stop for the eighth time in the last few minutes. "Turn into there," Calvin says, pointing to the empty parking lot of a closed convenient store. The lot wasn't flooded, unlike everywhere else.

"But then we can't-"

"It's alright. I don't care about some silly concert," Calvin tells the other boy who looked just about ready to cry. He obliges to Calvin anyway, turning into the empty parking lot and turning off the car in the middle of the lot. Calvin turns to look at Niall.

"I just wanted to take you out and for us both to enjoy tonight but the stupid rain has to come and ruin it. I'm really sorry, Calvin."

"Don't apologize, you didn't do anything wrong. You couldn't control when the damn rain came in," Calvin says.
