I can hear again.

After eight years, I still haven't really gotten used to talking.

My accent was not like the others, it was hard to understand.

It was like learning a whole new language.

It's so much easier to use my hands rather than my voice.

I was at a school where anyone was welcome.

Even people with disabilities which was a bonus I guess.

Because my voice isn't that good, I prefer to use sign language, maybe someone will as well.

Walking down the nearly empty corridors makes me realise I am literally alone, you see, no one really like me much.

I'm just an outsider not to be messed with.

Someone who acts tough.

But is actually someone who's scared.
