After escaping SHIELD Steve told Talia that he had hidden something at the hospital that he needed.
It turned out to be some type of USB hard drive. They also seemed to pick up Natasha who had stole the hard drive.
Before Natasha would hand over the hard drive she brought up the winter soldier, a name Talia hadn't heard since she was put in her last cryo. She wouldn't believe he was still alive till she saw it though.
Once getting Natasha to give the hard drive, the next destination was the mall. Going to the mall was a way to see what the USB had on it without SHIELD tracking it to someone's house.
Picking a random computer at one of the electronic stores in the mall, Natasha put the hard drive in analyzing it.
"How much time do we have before SHIELD will be able to track us?" Steve wondered.
"About 9 minutes." Natasha said trying to understand what was in the hard drive. Opening the different files she began seeing that whoever made the drive made sure nobody could get in.
"The drive definitely is hiding something nobody else is able to see. The drive is protected by an AI." Natasha told the two while Steve watched the door.
"Can you override it?"
"I probably can." Talia said scooting Natasha out of the way. She began pushing random buttons and codes in specific orders that she felt would work, but whatever these people were trying to hide, they made sure nobody could get it.
"What I can do is put on a tracer. This way even though we can't see who created it, we can see where it was created. It's better than nothing." Talia told them quickly pressing buttons once again.
Of course while they were trying to put the codes in, a man who worked at the store showed up asking if they needed help.
"Stall." Talia whispered.
"No we don't need help. My friend is trying to help find honeymoon destinations for my fiancé and I." Natasha said happily wrapping her arms around Steve.
"Yea we're getting married." Steve said making Talia shake her head. He was so awkward.
"Oh that's so sweet. Where you guys thinking of going?" The worker attempted to look around at the computer.
Seriously.
"I was thinking they should go to New Jersey for the wedding." Talia said smiling playing along finding a location.
"Oh yea good choice. Well if you need anything, Aaron, of the apple company, here to assist." The worker said backing away.
"Oh good grief, alright got it. Let's go." Talia said ripping the hard drive out. She knew Steve would recognize the place, but we had no time to dwell on the past at moment.
