"We have to stop the launch. The question is how?" Talia asked. Maria turned a brief case towards Talia opening it, so that three chips were shown.
"Once the carriers reach 3000 feet they will triangulate with insights satellites, becoming fully weaponized. In this brief case are chips you have to put in the carriers to make the guns turn on each other. All three chips must be initiated. If just one isn't put in...a lot of innocent people die." Maria told us all in one go.
"Love how you have this all planned, but hate how easily this plan could go terribly wrong." Talia huffed out looking at a computer that showed a diagram of the helicarriers.
"We won't just be taking down the carriers. We take down SHIELD also." Steve said after the plan was said.
"Woah wait, SHIELD had nothing to-" Fury quickly said, but he was then stopped by Steve.
"You gave me this mission. I do it how I want. This is how it will end. Hydra compromised SHIELD right under you. You didn't even know." Steve argued. Everyone around the table just sat and listened because nobody wanted to be in that argument.
"I think I noticed. If you forgot, we are meeting in a cave." Fury said looking around.
"This is how I'm doing it. SHIELD, Hydra, it all goes." Steve finalized. Fury took a look at the three other people in the room getting nods from them that they agreed with Steve. When Fury reached Sam on the other hand.
"Don't look at me. I do everything he does. Just slower."

Steve was outside on a bridge looking at water, thinking about his best friend, Bucky.
"I'm with you till the end of the line, pal."
Fury had just told Steve that he was in charge of the mission, and now in a few they would be going into battle. Steve's main goal through this mission though was to get back Bucky.
"He will be there." Steve heard a voice say. Turning to look he saw Sam walking up to him to then stand with him staring out at the water.
"Yea, I know."
"Look Steve, I know you wanna help him, but whoever he used to be isn't there anymore. All you can do is stop him. You might try to think of other ways, but he might not give you a choice. He doesn't know you." Sam told him.
"He will. He hadn't seen Talia in so many years, and yet, the minute he saw her face, it was as if he had never forgotten her even for a minute. I have hope." Steve said turning to leave the bridge.

Talia, Steve, Sam, and Maria stormed into SHIELD after suiting up. After arriving the four snuck into the communication tower, and Steve told SHIELD what was going on. After Steve was done with his speech he got looks from Sam and Talia.
"Very inspirational Stevie." Talia smiled to Steve before looking at a screen to see where they had to go next.
"As much as I would love to think about your speech though, we still have things to do, so let's move." Talia said walking past them all.

Maria decided to stay behind while Steve, Sam and Talia ran off to try and catch the helicarriers.
"So how to do you tell the good guys from the bad guys?" Sam wondered.
"The bad guys are usually the ones shooting at you." Talia yelled running side-by-side with them.
