[Thid POV]

"How is Talia?"

"She's fine just resting upstairs, I don't know how long she will be out though, but rest is important for her to receive right now." Dr. Cho recommended taking a seat.

"So, it's gonna go on a killing spree, and it's first target being Jarvis. Why?" Natasha wondered.

"Jarvis was the first line of defense, he would have shut Ultron down, it makes sense to attack him first." Steve said.

"No Ultron would have assimilated Jarvis, this, this isn't strategy, this is rage?" Bruce said confused taking a look at what was left of Jarvis.

Suddenly Thor came in angered and in his Asgardian suit, marching over to Stark grabbing him by the neck lifting him up high.

"It's going around..."

"Woah Woah Woah use your words buddy." Tony tried to control and calm Thor down.

"I have more than enough words to describe you Stark!" Thor said tightening his grip, Steve then ran up to Thor gaining his attention.

"Thor! The Legionnaire."

"Trail went cold about 100 yards outward heading North, and it has the Scepter. Now we have to find it, again." Thor said angrily.

"Where is the Scepter?" A voice wondered, causing heads to turn in the direction of the voice.

Everyone looked towards the laboratory entrance to see Talia walking down holding both sides of the railings.

"Talia, how to you feel?" Steve said rushing over to her side holding her hand to grab her a seat. Natasha then came over with warm water and a towel to wipe the blood from Talia's face and ears.

"What the hell happen to you?" Maria asked.

"Where has the Scepter gone." Talia tried dodging the question.

"Banner anything on Talia." Steve Ignored Octavia's question.

"Well from what happened, I'd say that Talia is extremely sensitive to high pitched frequencies. That's the only thing I can think of, probably to serve as a weakness in the Hydra facilities."

"Enough! I don't wanna talk about it Steve, respect it. Where exactly is the Scepter!"

"A robot named-"

"Ultron. I heard you two talking about him. I'm guessing he got out, and he's taken the Scepter then but where?"

"Well if you know all that than what's the importance of explaining the situation to you."

"So we know where the enemy is..."

"I tell you a little information and then you tell us a little information, but it's actually your turn now because I just went, what's your situation for scaring us, the bleeding from the ears, slight seizing, screaming bloody murder-" Tony sighed.

"In Hydra I wasn't the most cooperative, so to make sure I went under the process of mind wipe, high pitched frequency sounds pierced my ears to knock me out. Over the years it got worse, the intensity of the pain feeling like my ears were melting, and now they bleed, more often during it. Any comments." I said silencing them all looking at all of their faces as they looked away from me.

"Great. Another weakness." Tony whispered on the side.

"Well not everyone can be as high and mighty as the great Tony Stark. Oh wait he's the creator or our newest problem. Ultron. You have the biggest weakness in this group and it's all your damn side projects trying to create "peace in our time!" I yelled before walking off angered at the current situation that was being handed to her.
