Mary and Me went into the ice-cream shop and sat down, We giggled like 5 year olds at our stupidity.
"But, you have to admit....He is FINE!" Mary said in between giggles, which sent us into hysterics again.
"Obviously!" I gushed, I got up and walked outside and nearly collapsed onto the ground, because I was laughing so hard.
Mary came outside with me, we walked towards the park we used to play in when we were kids.
"I can't believe we just spent our WHOLE Saturday following Josh!" Mary giggled
"I know!" I squealed, we got to the park and sat on the swings.
We sat like that for about 1/2 an hour before we got bored and decided to go back to Mary's place. I loved going to Mary's house, it was always so warm and happy, when my dad left I used to hate going to Mary's. But eventually I realized that her house wasn't so bad, I got to see her and her family, and I would go home and pretend I was Mary, and I was living with her family instead. I never told Mary that though.
I went straight to her room, and she went to the kitchen to get us some chips and coke. I sat on her bed tired from our long day of walking around, following Mary's crush Josh. I saw a photo on the other side of the room, of Mary and me. The photo instantly brought back memories, and I smiled remembering that day. I wanted to pick up the photo, but I was too tired. Photo come to me, I thought.
I was concentrating on making the picture move, because I really didn't want to get up. I heard glass shattering as I watched the photo frame ever so slightly move half an inch, and fall of the table, the glass frame shattering from the impact of hitting the wooden floor.
I instantly sat up, staring. Had I just done that? I hadn't touched it, I hadn't even moved. Mary was still in the kitchen so it must have been me. Mary came bursting in.
"What was that?" she said, she saw where I was looking, and saw the picture? She walked over to it.
"What happened?" She asked looking at me, but I wasn't listening, I was stunned. My gaze was locked on what was left of the picture frame, as she spoke.
"Evie?" Mary asked, stepping in front of the picture frame, blocking the view.
"I....I..." I stammered, "Evie? Hello? What's wrong?" Mary said coming towards me.
"Er.........um.......Nothing don't worry, I'll clean it up" I said jumping off the bed, and running towards the door.
Mary stared at me as I came back in with a dustpan, and sweped all the glass away. Somehow I knew I had done it. I had moved the picture frame without touching it, with my mind even. I don't know how but I knew, that it was me, but I just......knew.
