Division Soko (Bleach Fanfiction Volume II)

Part One

Greetings to the New Division

"You know Grimmjow – that cape actually suits you... Or should I say Captain...?" Nel giggled as she walked alongside Tier and Grimmjow. Grimmjow didn't reply to that. "I believe the correct term would be Captain." Rukia said as she stopped in front of Grimmjow and the other three Espada. "Ruki-a!" Nel chirped and gave Rukia a hug. Rukia was taken back and demanded Nel put her down, "Nel I'm in uniform!" Nel put her down with an embarrassed naïve face and kept her arms at her side. "I just came to welcome you to the Gotei-13, if you need anything you can always ask me." Rukia said politely, but she didn't lose her formality.

When Grimmjow didn't reply Ulquiorra stepped in, "Thank you." Rukia nodded and was almost trampled on by her fellow Captain Zaraki.

Kenpachi looked excited with a tint of madness, "Where is that kid!?" Nel looked frightened and stepped back. "Kenpachi, Mae-Hana isn't here." Rukia said through her teeth. Kenpachi went rigid and serious, "Now I feel violent again." "Violence won't solve your problems." Rukia said irritably. "Then you simply aren't using enough of it." Grimmjow stated bluntly.

Kenpachi lit up and threw an arm around Grimmjow, "Hey I might like this guy! Hey what do you say? Drinks are on me." Grimmjow didn't deny he did feel like a good amount of alcohol. "We won't wait up." Tier rolled her eyes and walked with Nel and Ulquiorra to the Division Quarters.

"Alright then!" Kenpachi laughed and let Grimmjow go, "Come on, I'd like to see what you're made of kid. Nobody can beat me." "Well, Mae and I once each drank 9 bottles of vodka once. So we'll see what happens." Grimmjow didn't care for his dull tone right now.

"You know kid, don't beat yourself up about it, she'll come back to you." Kenpachi said.

"Everyone keeps telling me that." Grimmjow said annoyed, he couldn't really be sure if she'd come back. He didn't even know if he wanted her back or if this was just the aftereffect of him not having sex lately. "Because it's the truth." Kenpachi said.

"How do you know her anyway?" Grimmjow asked.

"Mae was the Captain of the 10th Division before she went to the human world. She always stood between Sajin and I at the meetings she didn't know how to keep her mouth shut." Kenpachi giggled at the last part. "Sounds just like Mae." Grimmjow mumbled. "Well, drink up." Kenpachi said with a grin.

Shinigami Women's Association

Toshiro had been wondering around for half an hour already. He didn't have Livi and Rangiku around to bother him while doing paperwork so he finished earlier. Thinking of Livi he wondered where she was, he hadn't seen her ever since the night before. She hadn't even jumped on him to wake him up this morning – this was something suspicious. He figured Rangiku was probably suffering from a hangover and avoiding him so she didn't have to do paperwork.

He turned a corner and froze dead in his tracks when he saw Tier and Livi talking to each other. They were walking right towards him. He turned on his heel but was unable to escape as Livi saw him and she lit up and called out, "Hey Captain!" Toshiro cringed – he didn't want to talk to the Espada he almost killed the last time he saw her. But he didn't want turn his back on Livi either so he sucked it up and turned around with his usual expression plastered on his face.

"Hey Captain, this is Tier Harribel, but you already know that don't you." Livi said as she attained a somewhat feeling of amusement by teasing her Captain. Toshiro was silently declaring he would punish her later on for this... in what way, he did not know (ooooooo-h).

"Welcome to the Seretei Tier Harribel." Toshiro said and gave her a relaxed look. Tier nodded her head in acknowledgment, "Thank you." "Tier was just telling me about life in Hueco Mundo. Do you wanna join us for some tea?" Livi asked sweetly. "No thank you, I have somewhere to be. Tell Rangiku I'm looking for her when you see her." Toshiro said and turned and left.

Livi was a bit sad about that but soon an idea popped into her head, "Hey Tier do you wanna join the Shinigami Women's Association?"
Tier looked confused, "The what?"

"It's really fun. The Shinigami Women's Association is notable for pushing for various means of improvement for all Shinigami. When not hanging out for their own purposes, the members have been known to work on various items both to help out others, as well as raise funds." Livi said. "Sorry kid, but I'm not much of a helper." Tier said flatly. Livi pouted for a moment before she looked up at Tier again, "You'd get to see Byakuya more often..."

Livi swore she saw Tier go a light shade of pink, "What the hell?" "Oh come on, you like him. I saw you become all zoned out when we saw him earlier on. You can't hide stuff from me because I am the epitome of keen observation. I am a member of the SWA after all." Livi said smugly. She was very proud of her membership. Tier considered it, apparently nobody could resist Livi's puppy dog face, and Tier was one of those people, she sighed, "What would I do?"

"Well, you'll be taking pictures of fellow Captain's to contribute to the collection that we post to the Seretei Communication Magazine every month..." Livi said excitedly. Tier decided that she'd just say yes to keep Livi off her case and maybe she'd make new friends. Ulquiorra was too unemotional even if he was in a relationship with Orihime and Nel was too happy for her own good. Grimmjow was not even a topic of fucken discussion.

"Fine, I'll do it." Tier said reluctantly. "Yes!" Livi jumped up into the air in excitement, "I'll take you to Yachiru immediately." "Ya-hee-hoo?" Tier raised an eyebrow. "She's Captain Zaraki's Lieutenant and our President." Livi said and grabbed Tier's hand and made their way to find Yachiru.

"Lieutenant!" Livi called to Yachiru as she saw the pink haired Lieutenant. Yachiru turned around. She was at the side of her Captain and Grimmjow. Tier looked at Grimmjow, "Captain, I supposed you only got up at two and would only be visible at five." Livi giggled but was quickly hushed when Grimmjow let out a low growl. She wasn't sure if it was intended for Tier or for her but she didn't take the risk. "What is it Livi?" Yachiru asked as she tilted her head slightly.

Livi looked at Kenpachi and then at Grimmjow and returned her gaze to Yachiru. "Come on kid, we have a meeting to get to." Kenpachi said taking the hint. Grimmjow followed behind Kenpachi.

"Tier would like to join SWA." Livi said with a smile of her own content. Yachiru looked at Tier and squinted her eyes before they lit up, "Yes! That's perfect!" "It is...?" Tier asked, she was hoping that she wouldn't say yes even though she hoped she'd say yes.

"Yes, this month we're thinking of our target Captain to be Captain Jaegerjaquez, so this is perfect timing." Yachiru said and shoved a camera into Tier's hands, "Here you go." Tier looked at the system and suddenly wondered what she'd gotten herself into. "Deadline is next week, if you need help ask Livi." Yachiru said.

"So I'm going to be a master stalker now?" Tier asked as she put the camera into her pocket. "No, Captain Urahara-Shihoin has taken that title." Yachiru stated as a matter of fact. Tier could see how that was possible.
