I wish to back to that time... That time when everything was still normal to me... My childhood was never like theirs... so I envy them so much... to have something I'll never have.

-Al-

We were suppose to have a nice trip on the train for a while, but these two just couldn't take one moment to not go at each other's throats.

"Stop starring at my arm you pervert!"

"Shut up! You still haven't answered my question Cat!"

"I don't have any right to tell you! So just drop it and leave me alone!"

"We're stuck together! It's not like I wanted to be paired with an excuse of a partner!"

"Ugh! You're so annoying! Just because you wasted your time with me and was suppose to go to Liore or whatever its called, doesn't give you the right to annoy me! Beside you're the one who said I have to stay with you since we're both looking for the same thing!"

"I never told you about that! And who said I wanted you to stick with us?!"

"You keep saying 'We should be in Riole by now' or 'This is such a waste of time. The stone is waiting for us in Riole'. I know it's important butbjust sit still till the train stops."

I couldn't do anything but watch as the two infront of me argue with one another. 'No matter how many times I try to stop them those two never stop a 'debate' until one suceeds the other,' I thought in amusement. The two continue to march on ahead of me, still yelling at one another none stop. "Why can't this wait until we arrive you guys...?" I mutter loud enough for the two to hear. Ed scoffs at my suggestion, "Hmph! As if I'd let that feline get away with it! I don't get why she would risk her life in joining the military just because she lost her arm in an accident!"

-Me-

'Don't remind me Ed...' I thought as I silently sulk in my seat after that sudden reminder. There was a moment of silence now. I liked it at first, but then it reminded me of a few things. 'I have nothing to mess with... I have my books but I've read all of them! No ipod or manga to pass my time,' I sigh at the thought, 'so that means I have to stick with books. It's so strange I miss modern technology now!' My eyes ended up looking at the two brothers infront of me. They were just playing cards, the usual thing they would do in boring times like this, something I have always envied. 'How is it that they can play cards so fast after just talking to me?' A sweat drop formed at the sight. 'Hehehe... I guess I still have get used to this world~' I muse happily in my thoughts. Continuing to watxh them boredly, I couldn't help but smirk when Ed bets Al again.

'Sorry Al... You have to figure it out of your own that Ed's cheating,' I thought as I secretly give the poor boy an apologetic look. On cue, Al yells in frustration, "I don't get how you beat my everytime Ed!" By the looks of it they were using food, instead of realy money, as a way of gambling. Al may not have the ability to eat, but he can use it for other means. "Just a pro in the card little bro," smirks the egoistic alchemist, at the same time taking the food in his arms. "Maybe next time I'll give you some lessons on poker when I get the chance." I turn pale thinking, 'Your gonna turn your own kin into a gangster!' Just the thought of Al acting like the backstreet boys at home... made me want to scream! I jump up jabbing my finger at Ed, "You can't teach him how to play poker! That's ment for crooks and idiots who throw their money away on gambling!"

"I don't know what your talking about," he says as he turns his head away, a smirk still plastered on his face. A vein started to pulsate on my cheek. "If that's how you want to play it," I pull out a small bag of money from my pocket, "that let's play poker. This time with real money." "Your on!" Ed accepts, unbeknowist of what lies ahead.
