He nods, looking back down at the menu and I do the same.

The waitress comes back and takes down our orders before walking away and returning later with our drinks.

I pull my water towards me and take a sip.

"No wine?" Emerson asks, pulling his drink towards him as well.

I shake my head,"No,too sweet. You?"

He laughs,"All fruit is sweet!"

"But you're not?" I retort, rolling my eyes.
