Kehlani "Queen" Jackson
I fell to my knees when I realized his face was not in front of me. Just a thing of my imagination. My hands clutched my arms as a shiver ran down my spine. It wasn't real. It wasn't real. I tried saying it over and over again in my head but his face invaded my mind fully, blocking whatever vision I had.

I screamed out and clutched my head. It was as if a high pitched noise was continuously going off. Soon voices replaced it and they were all shouting and screaming at once. But to make matters worse, all the voices sounded like his.

My arms were yanked away from my body as I realized I was still screaming. Pain shot through my biceps as I realized I had begun to dig my nails so deep into my skin it began to bleed. I looked up as tears rolled down my face and was met by X. Seeing him only hurt me more. They were alike in many ways. Whether he liked it or not.

"Kehlani, do I need to get you to a hospital? What happened? You looked as if you were having a mental breakdown," he mumbled. I blinked a few times before registering what was going on. My fist, that I didn't realize were clenched, unfolded and relaxed. My shoulders slumped and I felt myself begin to get lightheaded. I grabbed onto X before my body could hit the floor and I passed out.

Xavier "X" Wilson
I was worried about her. Twain's absence was taking its toll. She was usually so well put together. So collected. Seeing her like this, it pained me. Not just because she's my brothers girl. But she was also family now. And I hated seeing them in pain. No matter what we went through in the past.

I set her down on the bed carefully. She just kept mumbling Twain's name and I knew something had happened while I was at the Trap. I could feel it; something had told me to come and check on her.

The dog climbed closer to her and licked her nose. She stirred slightly but soon settled and un-tensed her body. Her breathing slowed and she lay limp. I sighed in relief and quietly left out the room.

I laid on the bed in the guest room next door so I could hear her if something happened. My phone vibrated on the nightstand and I answered. "Go."

"X? Are you okay?" Tatiyana asked in a slightly drowsy but worried tone. I ran my hand down my face and sighed. I totally forgot that she was coming tonight.

"My fault ma. Some shit came up that I had to handle. Go on and sleep without me I'll be straight."

"Are you sure? Is there anything I can do to help?"

"Nah ma you just take your pretty ass to sleep for me. You better be in my clothes too," I smirked.

"I am. Your boxers and a t-shirt. You sure you're good?"

"I give you my word ma. Now go to sleep aight? I'll see you tomorrow."

I woke up to shouting from next door. I rushed out and when I got there, she had stopped. She was sitting up clutching her chest and trying to control her breathing. If she didn't calm down she would have a panic attack and pass out again. "Kehlani. All this stress is not good for you and the baby."

"Twain was here. I saw him," she spoke. Her voice was raspy and cracking every second she talked.

"Kehlani, you were-"

"No Xavier." I was stunned. She's never called me by my full name before. "He remembers me. He remembers you. He's just confused about what's real and what's not right now."

"And how do you know that Kehlani?" I sighed. She clearly was out of it.

"I just know okay? Xavier you have to listen to me. I'm physically going insane without him here. His face is haunting me. We need to get him back now because I'm starting to lose myself. Please," she whispered. This situation was really heavy on her. She had bags under her eyes, her skin was duller than normal, and her eyes didn't have that fire in them that I'm used to seeing.
