Kehlani "Delicious" Jackson
Surprisingly enough, X was able to get the two cops run through the data base in the amount of time I requested. Both had been involved in the street game for a while and it only got worse once they became part of the police department. The streets practically raised them and there was no escaping that.

X claims he wanted to talk to them about helping track Twain even though I'm the one that found out about the two. He refused to let me get involved so I just decided to let him handle this one.

I rubbed Duke's head as I sat silently with the TV playing in the background. I wasn't really paying attention to it; I was lost in my own memories.

It's crazy how much my life has changed in almost a year. Working with the GG's, to working with Twain then being with him, to losing him, and now trying to find him. I never thought anybody would ever be this important to me again after Malachi.

But yet here I was, putting everything on the table to get him back. Possibly risking my life to try and save his. I wish he would have told me. This all might've been prevented and he'd still be here with me.

The ringing of my phone cut me back into the real world. I grabbed it and saw that X was calling me. I hit the green button and pressed it to my ear. "Queen speaking," I said.

"You need to work on that but I got what you wanted. They're tracking his phone and they helped me tap into the cameras posted up at stop lights and stuff like that. But K, they might not be letting him out and he may not even still have that phone. It could be thrown away into a dumpster for all we know," he sighed.

"X, we still have to try. If this doesn't work then we'll try something else but this is a step in the right direction. Then we'll send me to Columbia, Jamaica, Bahamas, and wherever else I need to go to get extra help-"

"Hol up Kehlani. You're getting too far ahead of yourself. Let's just focus on getting actual proof first before jumping into anything else. Now if you haven't already start getting ready. I need you down here for some training aight? See you in an hour."

Not wasting time after he hung up and silently thanking that I came home last night and showered, I threw on my black ripped jeans, my grey Nike t-shirt,and my black Adidas low tops. I put my hair up in to a bun and brushed my teeth before I left. Makeup wasn't needed today because I truly just didn't feel like it.

After making sure Duke was taken care of, I left home and soon arrived at the trap ready to work. X was going to start showing me the ropes of the side of the company many didn't see. So in other words: the dirty work.

I walked into the office to find X counting money and feeding it into the machine to double check. "Hey," I sighed as I sat down.

"Don't sigh yet we haven't even gotten to the real stuff," he smirked. I rolled my eyes and made a face at him. "Relax girl I'm messin with you."

"I know I know. I just want this done."

"We all do sis. It's just gon take a while." I froze. "What?"

"You just called me-"

"I know. Don't take it personally. I was just saying-"

"Come on X admit it! You don't hate me entirely!" I point my finger with a smile. He leans back and rolls his eyes trying to hide it but I know he likes me.

"Stop it Kehlani."

"Oh come on! You know I'm right!" I tease.

"Alright damn I don't hate you. Happy?"
