The room went dead silent. So silent you could hear a pin drop. As if he couldn't comprehend what just happened, Alayna's father, asked her to repeat her self, an expression of fear and anger written on his face. Alayna replied, her voice as clear as a bell. "I'll go in your place." Her face showed no emotion whatsoever, but inside she was leaping for joy, a chance to leave, she would go, beast or no beast.
Her Father looked worried, and hesitantly agreed. He walked out of the room, trying to hold back tears, but Alayna could hear him sobbing in his room. William wouldn't have any of it. "Alayna! You cant do this!" She could hear the sob in his voice, and anger rose through her entire body. She glared, and in a stern and annoyed sounding voice, she yelled out him. "WHY DO YOU CARE! WHY DID YOU SAVE ME IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! I AM NOTHING! NOTHING YOU HEAR ME!!!! WHY?!?!?!?!" William looked away, his face red, with embarrassment. "Because... because.." His voice choked, and sobs rose up in his throat, he hesitated. Alayna got more annoyed. "What!" He hesitated again before finally speaking up. "I... I... I... I... Lu-love you." Alayna was about to snap back, until she properly heard what he said. "Y-you love me?" Her loud booming voice, shrunk to the size of a mouses voice.
She repeated it again. "You love me?" He leaned in, wrapping his tanned strong arms around her tiny waist, and sweeping her up in a kiss.
Da da da!!!! Uh-oh...
Isn't the beauty supposed to fall in love with the beast?!?
