Chapter 12

The beast sat uncomfortably in the big blue chair, that he could only just fit in. He shifted in the chair until he found a position that was a little it comfortable. He adjusted the ruffles around his neck, that his invisible butler had forced him into, and cleared his throat. The big doors that led into the dining room that he sat in, creaked open, and invisible bows and ribbons floated towards him.

"She's coming sir, in just a minute. She's getting dressed." The beast tapped his claws against the long table impatiently, a scowl forming on his lips. "Well tell her to hurry up, I'm getting hungry!" He growled.

Armoire let out a little high pitched shriek in fear, and whimpered a "Yes sir!" as she left. As soon as she left, The beast slumped in his chair, not caring about his posture. He let out a low growl, in anger, and thought about how he got himself in this situation.

It was his parents fault. If they hadn't had done whatever they did to annoy Desdemona, he would never be in this situation.

He shook his head as if he get rid of that thought by simply shaking his head. It wasn't his Parents fault. They sacrificed their lives to make sure he was safe, and they loved him.

Now he just had to find someone who could love him for him, and break this wretched spell.

Alayna sat on her bed, grumpily awaiting Armoire's return. She had a lot to complain about. First of all, she had to have breakfast with Mr. "high and mighty", second, was the dress. No matter how pretty it was, was really uncomfortable. The fabric itched, it was too tight around the waist, and it didn't look right.

Armoire came back into the room, and looked at Alayna with an unsatisfied look. Not that Alayna could see her face anyway. She thought for a bit, before finally speaking.

"I think we need to visit the dress maker this afternoon." She said.

"You don't say." Alayna replied sarcastically.

Armoire ignored her sarcastic reply and and linked her invisible arm with Alayna's and urged her towards the door.

"In the mean time, comfortable dress or no comfortable dress, we must go to breakfast!"

A/N sorry for the boring chapter, this was more of a filler chapter, so yeah. OH MY GOSH!!!! Guys I just realised LESS than 10 days till the Miraculous Ladybug Christmas Special!!! Who else watched the trailer???

PS. I just finished watching The BBC's 1995 version of Pride and Prejudice! I absolutely love it!!! I haven't watched the 2005 movie version yet, but if you have watched them both, please tell me in the comments which you prefer (I have seen the trailer of the 2005 version though, and I think I prefer Colin Firth as Mr. Darcey over Matthew Macfadyen, no offence to anyone who prefers the 2005 version)!
