Chapter 17

Hey guys, I'm really sorry for the wait, and hopefully I can update everything today. I've been swamped with homework and school, and boyfriend, and acting. I'm scriptwriting for a movie and I'm playing the lead role also. So I've had rehearsals, and all that crap. I'm sorry! and I just started another fan fiction... you should look at it. and I won't be able to update every day like I could on break... School is still going on sooo Bear with me!

I hurridley changed as Embry walked in. He saw me in my bikini and he did a double take. I scoffed, "You've seen me naked. Calm down."

He blushed and wrapped his arms around me. I quickly squirmed out of his hold and then he started tickling me. He pushed me onto the bed and started tickling and laughing at me. I pushed againist him but I had no choice. I pantsed him and he just kept tickling me. Dang. I kicked him futiley and then I said, "You--need--to--change."

He groaned and pulled up his pants. He grabbed a pair of trunks and slid them on. I closed my eyes and I walked around blindly, grabbing towels. I bumped into his chest and was sent spinning to the floor. He caught me with my head inches from the hardwood floor. I glared at him as he straightened me up. I huffed and grabbed clothes to change into. I squashed the clothes and all the towels into a bag and grabbed the keys. I said, "Let's hope Jake is ready."

I walked out of the room and down the hallway, my flipflops padding softly againist the floor. I whispered, "Jake, let's go."

Jake walked over to us and he whispered, "Ok."

We walked outside to the car and put all of the beach stuff in the back. I climbed in the driver's seat, while Embry squashed into the middle, with Jake on the side. I said, "Let's go."

I turned on the radio and pulled the hood down. This convertible was sweet. I put the windows down. I pulled out of the driveway and headed towards the highway. I knew this placelike the back of my hand and I looked at the clock. It was 12 pm, so everyone was already at the beach. No traffic for us. Embry played with my hair and I sighed in content. Jacob was sleeping on the car, literally. His head was out the window and his whole body was pressed againist the door. I giggled and grabbed a Sharpie. Embry looked at me confusedly as I drew an Asian droopy mustache on Jacob. I threw the sharpie out of the car as Jake came to. I put my hands back on the wheel and I kept driving. I got off the boardwalk exit as Jake started blinking rapidly.

I said, "Hey, sleepyhead. I'm almost there. I just got off the highway. we'll be at the boardwalk in a few minutes. Might want to wake up."

He nodded sleepily as I pulled up in front of parking lot. Jeez. I couldn't see one parking spot. I could smell the greasiness of the french fries, the seagull crap, the saltwater taffy being made, and the ocean. I'd always loved the beach but with Edward and the Cullen's, I could never go. I said, "I'm going to drop you guys off with the stuff, while I hunt for a parking space. Get me some french fries.. I'm starved. I'll meet you guys when I find a place to park."

They nodded and quickly unloaded the car. I waved as I pulled out and started hunting for a place. I found one and quickly parked. I paid for five hours and I grabbed my bag. I felt eyes on nme and I turned quickly. I saw Alice Cullen waving me into a dark alley. I ran over to her and I said, "What do you need? Why are you here?"

Alice started morphing in to Edward Cullen. Oh, crap. I hissed, "How the hell did you do that?"

As he started to answer, I pulled my phone out of my pocket behind my back and dialed Embry's number and Alice's. They picked up in the joint call as I said, "Edward, why? Why did you corner me in a dark alley? Right next to Doyle's?"
