*8 months later*
"Move the fuck out the way grandma" Ny'Ome said beeping at the car in front of us
Mind you I'm the one driving, so she reaching over me to do this, passenger road rage. People over here looking at me like I said they drive like a turtle.
"Ny'Ome calm down god" I said trying to soothe her
" I I need to give you driving lessons, you got to show these people who king of the road" she smirked
"Ion need anything from you especially, driving lessons"
We're still mad at each other, but I still asked to go to Nina's doctors appointment today. She was getting used to me but Ny'Ome don't wanna confuse her so I'm her 'Tay or Uncle' till she understands stuff better, thats the main reason I'm mad. Ny'Ome back to modeling and she does acting to.
"Boy you bette-, oh this my song" she said turning the radio on blast, even Nina knew the song by heart.

When the song was over, she turned it down a little bit.
"You was jamming girl" I laughed "I know I'm mad at you and everything but if you sing that for my birthday I won't be" I joked
"Tay" Nina said
"Yes babygirl" I say looking at her in my mirrors

"No ma, why you wanna come to my party" I laughed, she shook her head fast
"Ok now don't past the doctor's office" Ny'Ome butted in

"Mateo stop playing and take off her shirt" Ny'Ome laughed putting me on Snapchat, Nina's puff balls was the struggle after I finally got her shirt off
"Look at my baby hare gawd" Ny'Ome said bring out her accent
"Can we switch to a female doctor I don't want Ni man looking at my da- nieces ta ta's" I said seriously, Nina laughed
"No doctor Mario, is the best here"
In cue he stepped in with a clipboard, Nina smiled when he walked in cause he always gave her candy after the checkups
"Dada" Nina yelled as Angel walked in with a bag
"Hey bug" he said picking her up, she kissed his check
"Check up" she said grabbing his chain putting it to his chest "boom boom boom, dada healthee" she laughed
He put her back in the table and stood next to Ny'Ome and gave her a side hug.
"Well how has Nina since I saw her last week" the doctor said
"She had a little rough coughing but she's fine now" Ny'Ome said
He continued with the checkup and left the room. I walked to Ñina and put back on her shirt.
"Mum" she said reaching out toward Ny'Ome

I toke off down to my house, which was still the same. When I unlocked the door I went straight to the kitchen and started to make food. I grabbed the mustard pickles and ham, don't judge me. My phone to started ringing, I ran got the counter and sat the stuff down.
