over the course of two weeks, taeyong didn't hear a single thing from the girl. quite honestly, he wasn't sure if he was supposed to be happy or worried.

"are you okay there?" taeyong's fiancee stepped out of the bathroom in a pink silk robe, "you've been sitting in the exact same spot since i left you."

a sigh left his lips, "you know i would appreciate it if you didn't have your one-night-stands borrow my shirts. i hate having to burn them, i'm almost running out." he grumbled out of the blue. she was lucky that his parents were out of the country on a business trip or else the couple's relationship would have been exposed.

"sorry, i didn't realize you felt that way." she replied while taking a seat next to him on the king sized bed, "to make it up to you, i'll go out and buy you some more plain white shirts!" her sarcastic tone put a small smile on taeyong's lips but he quickly wiped it off. she took note of this a pressed the beginning question once again, "lee taeyong, is there something wrong?"

there was no escaping this one, she was an extremely persistent woman when it came to serious matters like these. "i-it's miyoung." he looked up at her with tired eyes, "i haven't heard anything from her or her family for two weeks, and i don't know, i'm starting to get a little worried." he stuttered.

"oh yeah, how is was the brat last time you talked to her?" taeyong didn't even flinch as she called miyoung a brat because to some extent it was true. either that, or lee taeyong had truly fallen out of love with the girl.

"last time i talked to her, she was absolutely insane... i can't help but wonder if she's doing alright." he mumbled the last part but he knew she heard anyways.

"did you ever think to check up on her?" she reason as she walked over to the dresser and began applying makeup. taeyong shook his head before she continued, "well, maybe that's a good place to start..."

"i didn't really want to bother her, i left her in a really terrible postilion." he closed his eyes remembering back to the look of absolute sadness upon miyoung's once bright and beautiful face.

"look," her voice cut off taeyong's train of thought as he looked over towards the woman at the dresser, "give her a break, she doesn't even know what love is and she couldn't have possibly been in the right mind to do anything after you left." she went back to applying her lipstick before speaking again, "i'm not blaming you for anything, but just think about it in her perspective."

not matter how many times to didn't want to admit it, she was right. and he felt ten times more terrible than he had already felt in the early morning.

her voice broke the silence once again as she walked over to the closet, "make sure you grab some more milk on your way out, the last guy drank all of it." she admitted sheepishly.
