Ch. 16 Christmas Time

"What do you want for Christmas?" I asked Nathan. It was a nice December day. Snow was falling and it was covering the earth like blankets. Nathan and I were curled up on his couch watching Christmas movies.

"Well... I don't need anything." He replied.

"I'm getting you something so you might as well tell me something." I said to him.

"Imagine something." He said grinning at me.

"Alright." I said winking at him.

"I've already know what I'm getting you." He said.

"Really? What's that?" I asked him.

"You're cute, you know that? There's no way I'm telling you. But you're going to love it."

"I know I will."

"No way. You did not." Nathan said.

"But I did." I said.

"You mean.... this Saturday?"

"Yes."

"Mumford and Sons? At the Sprint Center?"

"Merry Christmas, baby."

He gave me a huge hug and a nice little kiss.

"You're the best. How'd you get them?" he asked.

"My dad won them off the radio. I've been begging him for weeks because I know how much you love them."

It was Christmas Day and Nathan's family was speeding Christmas with mine.

"Well, do you want your present?" he asked.

"Sure!" I said.

We got in his car and drove to the Plaza. As we drove down the streets, he parked the car and opened the door to let me out. He grabbed my hand and pulled me along the streets until we arrived in front the huge Christmas tree. The lights all around the streets glowed like that lights from heaven.

Nathan let go of my hand at turner towards me.

"Roxanne Trinity Hart, will you be mine forever?" he said as he reached into his pocket pulled out a ring. My eyes lit up like the lights on the tree.

"Aren't we a little young?"

"Hun, it's a promise ring."

"Oh! Then of course!" I said kissing him passionately.

We spent a couple of hours touring the plaza and kissing. All in all we had a great night and the best Christmas I have ever had.

Let's just say, we had some great sex that night too.
