Dabarkads

"Magandang Tanghali mga Dabarkads!" Richard or Alden rather greeted the audience in the studio.

"Eat Bulaga na!" All the hosts said in unison as each one of them went to the stage.

"Oh, Alden, Grabe ata performance natin ngayon." Miss Allan K joked.

"Ay grabe si Miss A." Richard said as he laughed.

A few monologues from his collegues were made and finally it was time to take a commercial break.

"RJ,  I just came here to remind you and the other dabarkads that there'll be a new dabarkad member.  As I've heard she's an actress in the States. I'll expect all of you to give her a warm welcome.  She'll be introduced thi--tomorrow. "Ms.  Jen said.

All of the dabarkads nodded and began eating their lunches.

" Sino kaya yun?" Richard asked.

"Sa pagkakarinig ko Maine daw ang pangalan. " Pia said as she took a spoonful of soup.

Richard nodded and asked himself: "Could it be her? "

You see,  everyone doesn't know that Richard got married.  Nobody also knows that he has kids.

"Kuya, kanina ka pa tulala. " Ryzza said while looking at Richard.

"Ah, sorry. " He said while eating.
Time flied fast as it was already Saturday. (Tomorrow)

"Mga Dabarkads i-welcome po natin ang ating bagong dabarkads:Maine Mendoza! " Tito Sotto said as a young woman went up on stage.

Richard was in complete awe when he saw Nicomaine, his wife.
"Hello,  mga dabarkads! " Maine said as she gave a sweet smile and a wave. 

Everyone in the studio cheered her and were also smiling.

She didn't seem to notice Richard who was on the other side of the stage.

"Uy,  si Alden tulala! " Allan K teased him.

"Miss A,  huy! " RJ said.

Now,  it was Maine's turn to be in awe as he saw her husband.

But,  despite this they tried to act professional as the show went on.

When it was time for a commercial break Richard hugged Maine and she hugged back, tightly.
