Lola's POV~

I sat there anxiously in my mate's office, just waiting I checked the clock every second 11:59am-

I paused taking a deep breath exhaling loudly anything to calm my nerves. My mate paced back and forth till we heard the knock, he made his way to the door swinging it open freezing instantly.

I froze maybe this was a bad decision and he's now realizing it. "Is there something wrong" the Alpha barked growling murderously he sounded familiar I couldn't put my finger on who he is.

"No my apologies" Gray hurriedly caught his mistake trying to fix it. He moved aside letting them enter while shutting the door. My heart stopped is that my sister...

I raced to my feet shock hitting me hard as I realized it actually is her. Her scent mixed with the Alpha I despise the most. She's gorgeous...even more than I last remember. They had the authority that automatically had my wolf and I tuck tail and submit and they could feel it.

"If we are just going to stand here and stare you have wasted my time" he growled viscously at the both of us. "I'm sorry lets get to business" Gray sat at his desk asking for them to sit. He discussed terms getting stern in his Alpha tone.

"We find this pack weak, do you keep your werewolves trained constantly improving their strength? Do they obey your orders?" Their Beta hammered questions and expected truthful answers.

My mate answered hiding his nervousness showing no weakness. "Have you updated your tactics on fighting" the Beta asked not moving his eyes away from the paper constantly scribbling words even when nobody spoke.

This went on for only ten minutes of questions. The Alpha read over papers that were laid out for him to sign, after every paper he read he had his third in command write notes of each one.

The Beta scrunched his brows together putting his pen behind his ear. "No" he said under his breathe my stomach clenched at his words.

"Interesting..." he added on building the tension of my mate and I. "Your terms will not work" third in command shook his head holding his pen in his mouth taking out papers from his book bag.

"Do you see what your asking for?" I should have read through it to see what my mate expected if we became their allies. He held his hand not wanting a response "We need trades Alpha this is not what is best" with that he placed Gray's offer back on the table.

"This is what would work" he handed Gray the paper he has been working on. Gray read over it writing down his own notes "No Saturday's" Gray shook his head disagreeing I almost pounced on him for trying to deny an offer from them. The third in command grinned nodding his head writing something down.

"Deal! This plan works please sign this and we will be in contact with you directly with me or our beta to work the arrangements out" they all stood shaking the Gray's hand. With all this they left, I was dazed for a moment did they just agree.

Gray picked me up hugging me happily I laughed "What a miracle" he placed me down gathering all the papers smiling like a mad man.

"I can't believe she's alive" I had to say it I couldn't keep it in "That's the miracle Lola" he smirked letting it sink in my eyebrows raised that adds everything up putting the puzzle pieces together.
