(The Next Day)

For all of the night before Ryuu spent her time in her room working. Not once that whole night had she tried to sleep. So by the time she had to leave for school she was ready to go. Heading over to school she decided to ride her skateboard back to school she remained silent. Not greeting anyone she slumped into her seat at the far end of the classroom. For the whole day Ryuu did not talk: not to Haruhi, not to the twins, not even to answer a question. No matter how hard people tried they couldn't get a peep out of her, not one. Especially after Renge smugly strode in an hour late to classes dispelling the idea that she was 'not yet used to the time difference,'.

When it was time for Ryuu to change classes for her advance math class with Mori, honey and other third years she dashed out of her normal room. In the halls she kept her head bent low, also keeping to herself. Mori and Honey who sat right by her in the class went to check if she was feeling any better than yesterday but were cut off abruptly by the bell. The period flew by and the two host went to talk to her but when they reached her desk she was already long gone.

It was now lunch time and Ryuu blended into the mass of rich students that shuffled to the huge cafeteria. But then sidestepping at on of the building exits she moved outside to the courtyard. With some work files already on hand she slipped them into her bag. And slinging said bag over her shoulders she used both her free hands even the still wrapped bad one to climb up the tree. Once Ryuu had found a stable branch she sat down on it and pulled out her set of big bulk glasses, then began on her father's company work.Lunch like all the other classes ended as quickly as it started and Ryuu jumped from the branch landing firmly on the ground. After putting the stuff back her bag she retreated into the large high school building.

On the way back to her homeroom a familiar bright pink bow came bouncing along right next to her.

"Filthy, ignorant servant. Know your place." The pink bowed girl spat cutting in front of Ryuu with a sickeningly sweet smile covering her face. Ryuu didn't respond but instead she just kept on walking back to the room.

During the rest of the day Ryuu had the same silence to hide her emotions as the day kept moving at a quick pace. The Host were all given passes to leave one or two periods early if they truly wanted to. So quickly gathering her stuff Ryuu flashed the pass to her teacher and left the class.

Ignoring anyone that was there she rushed to the club room and into the joined kitchen. Peeling off her blazer, popping 2 off the buttons and loosening the tie around her neck, Ryuu grabbed a apron from the closet and pulled it around her waist.

Then going into the cabinets and fridges she grabbed: eggs, oil, milk, sugar, flour, vanilla extract, and some food coloring. Then she began dumping some of the flour, oil, some water, 2 eggs, and two drops of vanilla extract into a mixing bowl. Taking out a beater she flipped the switch and used it to stir up all the ingredients. Ryuu then began to preheat the oven and grabbed 3 pans that all varied in their sizes. Pouring all the batter into said pans, Ryuu brought them back to the oven and slid them into the open oven doors. Upon closing the door she grabbed a nearby timer and set it. After grabbing the dirty bowl and beater she washed them off in the sink. And brought them back to where she was working at the kitchen. Ryuu returned the oil, eggs and flour to their homes and instead took out a stick of butter. Placing it into a cup, Ryuu deposited into the microwave and turned it on. When the butter was fully softened Ryuu dumped it into the freshly cleaned bowl and put the confectioners sugar with the milk already in it too. With the ingredients ready she began to beat the ingredients together.

Soon enough the cake was ready, so Ryuu pulled it out and put it next to her on the counter letting it cool. With all her time left she only had a period to finish making the icing and decorate the cake. Quickly Ryuu used the beater, and multi-tasked while adding in almond extract and a various amounts of food coloring's. Funny enough the icing ended up being a cute variety of tie-dye colors. Quickly Ryuu made the cake's into a layered one, also stacking them one on another on another. Then as fast but neat as possible she iced the cakes and finished them. Peeking her head out the door she saw that no one was physically in the room she brought the cake over to one of the farthest back tables and hid it behind a curtain.

Taking off the apron she threw on her blazer on. She walked over to her usual window seat and cracked the window open. A gentle breeze carried itself into the club room and brushed against her skin. Her body quickly shut down and Ryuu dozed off into an unhappy little nap.

During her little nap she didn't dream for a second. Soon someone's hand was on her shoulder shaking her ever so lightly.

"Ryuu it's time to wake up. There is no club today but i made some cookies." Haruhi said hesitantly. The dark malicious aura that surrounded Ryuu's sleeping form seemed to fade away. Her eyes slowly opened and her face portrayed absolutely no emotions at all.

"Would you like one?" Haruhi asked holding out a single chocolate chip cookie. Ryuu took the cookie and bit into it hesitantly only before demolishing the rest of the cookie within a second. Haruhi smiled at her before returning to their friends. Again Ryuu began to zone out as she stared out the window, ever so longingly to be free. That was all up until...

"Lukewarm! All of your characters are LUKEWARM!!!" The very annoying Renge cried.

"The ladies will eventually get bored of your mediocre personalities and leave." She yelled even louder.

"So let's change those dull personalities of yours." Renge said ushering everyone (except Ryuu but she followed her anyway) to the couches and seats.

"Hikaru, Kaoru you are two twins with the ability to feel each others pain and never wish to be separated. Haruhi you are a poor bullied scholarship student. Honey-Senpai you're cute on the outside but harsh on the inside," Renge started saying. "Mori you are Honey's life long friend who tries to push him on the right path but gets pushed around as a result of it. Tamaki you're the Lonely Prince, but you feel they don't truly care about you. And MY Kyoya is perfect the way he is." Renge said cuddling into his shoulder.

"What about Ryuu-chan?" Honey asked. Renge menacingly started to glare at the poor helpless Ryuu.

"He has no involvement in the club from here on out. So he is completely and utterly useless." Renge spat extremely venomously.

Ryuu didn't say anything, instead she waited for someone to stand up for her or object to what Renge had said. But no one did, not even the twins, not even Kyoya. Furry built up in the pit of her stomach as she waited in this awkward silence. Ryuu stood up abruptly her legs hitting the table causing her to become unsteady. She felt so angry and tears surely welded up in her eyes.

"I quit."
