4. Blue and Toad's Job Trouble

It was a sunny morning in Toadtown and the clock tower was ringing as the clock struck noon. Meanwhile it was a busy day at the Office at the castle.

"Blue doesn't forget to file the files and also type up a report to Princess Peach about our current budget" said Toadsworth.

"Yes Boss" said Blue.

Blue was working hard and was getting tired. Time passed and the months rolled on and Summer turned into Autumn. Blue was now working twice as hard! Files, Fax Messages, Phone Calls and note taking were killing Blue!

Soon the Clock struck Noon once again and it was Late November. Blue was sitting at his operator desk and calls were spilling in.

"Yes Mrs. Pots the taxes have risen 5%" said Blue.

Then 5 Other phone began to ring and Blue picked them up worried.

"Hello Peach Castle Offices how may we help you today" said Blue Toad.

Later that day at Lunch Brake Blue was tired and Toad was in the office having lunch with Blue and he was complaining.

"Toadsworth overloads me with work I wish he could be lighter with the work" said Blue.

"Yeah I know but your job is just picking up the phone" said Toad laughing.

"No it's not" said Blue.

Then there was trouble Toadsworth was listening and he got an idea. Early the next morning Toadsworth and Toad came in the office and Princess Peach was standing at the door.

"Toadsworth is off today so Blue you will take Toadsworth's position while Toad will take your position Blue" said Peach.

"YES" said Toad.

He sat on a chair and Toad was excited all he had to do is answer the phone. Blue sat in Toadsworth's chair and looked at the Agenda. The Phone rung and Toad picked it up and answered when the other one rung.

Blue went off to do Toadsworth's job

*3 Hours Later*

"Yes Mrs. Hill we do have please wait"

"No Mr. Blackard the Market is out of Gas due to the Pipeline leak"

"Simply Peach Shirts are available at the Gift Shop"

"Moo Moo Milk is out at the Market of coarse Miss Williams we will call the company"

Meanwhile upstairs Blue was extremely board.

"This Dress or This one" said Peach.

"Um well I the Orange one" said Blue.

Meanwhile downstairs plates were crashing on the floor as Toad was not there to put them in the cupboard. Soon it was evening and the phones were ringing like crazy in the office.

"Expected Wait Time is 16 Days 2 Hours and 6 Minutes you have 347 Callers in front of you" said Mario's Phone.

"Since when is the castle that busy" said Mario.

In the office Toad was talking into 30 Phones.

"Yes Mr. Carver we do have Moo Moo Milk in the Markets now in Toadsburg"

"Mrs. Lunsford do not worry we do have Gas at the Shopping Village"

"Yes I understand the storm has damaged some crops"

"Mr. Hanford I understand the Pipeline Damage to get gas head to the shopping Village"

Suddenly 3 more phones rung and Toad screamed.

"NOOOOOOOOO" he screamed.

Blue ran in quickly and soon all the phones were answered and Toad felt terrible indeed. Blue was stressed out and Toad was upset. Toadsworth and Peach came in and glared at both toads.

"Now as you can see every job is important at this castle now Blue and Toad I hope you learned your lessons" said Peach.

Soon enough Blue and Toad were back to there normal jobs and everything was peaceful.

- Yay the 4th Story is out if you could notice there was a reference to the Colonial Pipeline Leak in a part of the story. Anyway October 1 there will be a AlanaSweetNeko story. I hope you enjoyed this chapter pls comment I need some feedback anyway comment and vote
