Toadtown Season 2

18. Football Mayhem

It was a sunny spring morning in Toadtown and today the Football Game between Toadtown United and The Heroes. They were going to compete against each other at the Football Pitch at Toadtown Park. At the Peaches and Toad Market Andrea, Molly, Max and Zario were coming out with all there cheering utensils. Zario and the other began walking towards the park when Zario spotted Mario.

"Look it the star player" screamed Zario.

The Children Cheered and ran across the street surrounding Mario.

"Can I have your Autograph" asked Andrea?

"Me too" shouted Molly!

Zario's Mother owned the bookstore across from the market and had heard all the commotion. She came out and than heard her son say.

"I'll be your loudest supporter" said Zario screaming.

"Oh no you won't you will be helping Toadette at the stand serving food" said his Mother.

"But NOOOOOOOOOOOOO" screamed Zario.

*At the Park*

The teams had arrived they were

Toadtown United – Coach – Toadsworth Players – Daisy, Yoshi, Birdo, Wario and Rosalina

The Heroes - Coach – Blue Players – Mario, Luigi, Peach, Toad and Waluigi

"I bet my team is going to win Boss" said Blue.

"Of coarse not you will learn young one" said Toadsworth

"Ready to lose Peach" said Daisy.

"Of coarse not I'm ready to win" said Peach.

As the teams were mingling Toad arrived he was not the slope down helping Toadette set up a stand. The stand was in the hillside it consisted of a small kitchen area and 3 small tables which could seat 3 – 4 people each.

Zario was arriving upset as he went in the stand Toadette put on her vender hat and Zario saw that the view of the game was perfect from where he was standing. Than there was a tap on his shoulder it was Toadette.

Down at the game Toads were getting ready and Wario was looking at Rosalina constantly when a Pink Toad appeared.

"Whatcha looking at Wario" asked the Pink Toad?

"Nothing" said Wario.

"I think you were looking at Galactic girl" said the Pink Toad laughing.

"No I wasn't" said Wario.

"Oh I'm such a big fan" started the Toad

At the stand Luma and Lubba floated in and sat down and picked up a menu.

"Now Zario go ask Luma and Lubba what they would like" said Toadette.

Zario walked up to Luma and Lubba who was looking at the menu.

"Ahem" said Zario.

"Oh yes" said Luma.

"I would like the Mini Pepporoni Pizza and a Hotdog with a small cup Fizzy Fuzz" said Luma.

Zario looked at Lubba and he was still looking at the menu. Zario was getting impatient then Lubba asked nicely.

"Mr. Nice Young Toad Waiter what would you recommend" asked Lubba?

"I recommend to get finished with your order" said Zario quietly.

Down on the field Toads were cheering for there teams meanwhile Waluigi was hidden behind his team but was doing some cheating. Zario was tearing up the newly laid sod it was now bumpy and loose now when somebody ran or kicked they would fall.
