Until I met you

Morning breakfast

Hiccup's pov
I wake up by the smell of bacon...bacon??
I check my alarm clock and it reads 8:20
I grunt and get up, I walk to my personal bathroom and take a quick shower, I then recall the previous event from yesterday and bit my lip, knowing I'm going to have to face it again and will be demanded an explanation to the guys. I sigh and turn off the shower knob.
I then start to dry my wet hair and brush my teeth, I look at my pjs and decided to put a black t-shirt and gray sweatpants, later I can change to something decent. I then dried my hair once again and do a quick brush and put a little bit of gel, I really don't prefer it but sometimes my hair doesn't corporate with me in some mornings, and with that, I was set.

I headed towards the living room and by my surprise the guys were already up, especially Jack, considering he is a really heavy sleeper. I'm usually the first one up at 8 o'clock and then it goes in order, Kristoff at 9, Flynn 10 and lastly Jack at 11. We somehow had a pattern and realized that on our first year, thinking it was meant for us to be best buds and surprisingly for me, we did.

" what are you guys doing, isn't it still night time for you guys?" I walked in the kitchen snatching a piece of bacon from a plate and plop it into my mouth, Kristoff eyed me for taking his bacon. Jack's head jerked up by the couch where he was watching tv and suddenly got up and stumbled forward by Sven's tail, earning a Yelp from the gray dog. "Sorry Sven."Jack said as he got up and continue to rush to the kitchen seeing hiccup already up.

I prayed inside my head, for them not to bring up yesterday's episode.
"HICCUP! What happened yesterday man, you were NOT yourself yesterday!?"
Surely I was mistaken and I tried to ignore the question by occupying myself to prepare myself breakfast.

"HICCUP!!!" Jack got up to my face and I look at him for a moment and turned around and kept preparing my breakfast but this time Flynn took away my plate. "Hey!!!" I exclaimed

But then I faced away from everyone's face and took a deep breath and exhaled, then I got the courage to turn around and explain.
"Look...well....remember how I told you about my ex girlfriend..well...that girl.., she reminds me a lot of her...and I guess it got me, too see her familiar eyes and face and that personality...and it brought me memories and it turned to anger, I lost control of my emotions again...........look guys I'm sorry okay...I know it wasn't right... But I apologize." I looked away and instead looked down.

"See that was ALL you had to say, nothing to big, short sweet and to the point." Flynn patted my back and gave me my plate back.

"Well I understand your point and don't worry sometimes we let our emotions take over and it gets the best of us..... but it was still rude of you to treat a new member like that." Kristoff pitched in as he sat with a plate of eggs and bacon.

"Look hiccup I agree with kristoff it's alright to feel that way and we understand but it's NOT alright to let that emotion out with someone else especially a girl, it's rude...next time let your emotions out with us...we are guys we can handle this so called emotions." Jack gesture to the guys, as kristoff nodded and Flynn shook his head but realized that his other buds were saying yes, he immediately nodded. "Yes of course we are strong men we handle emotions like squishing a grape!" Flynn chuckled nervously, trying to cover up his weakness.

" you guys are making me look weak, BUT I appreciate your encouragement and you guys are the best..so, I apologize for my behavior." I smiled and started to head to the table to eat my breakfast.

"Speaking of which, it's not only us you have to apologize but the girls AND a certain red headed." Jack casually said.

My eyes widen and I choked on my orange juice and almost ended spitting it out, I turn to Jack horrified.
"You don't expect me to apologize to her! Because I'm willing to apologize to you guys and the girls BUT I will NOT apologize to that midget of ginger!!! Never in a millions years!!"
I started to gulped and chew down my food in frustration.

"Well, to bad, today in the afternoon noon at 1 o'clock we are heading out with the girls and YOU'RE coming with us no matter what, we will drag you with us if we have to, but you WILL apologize to her." Jack looked at me with a triumph look in his faces.

I wanted to protest but they were looking at me with a look of determination to get me there, so I glared at them while shoving food to my mouth. I will not apologize to that foolish ginger, she doesn't deserve my apologies.

Through breakfast and changing my clothes I only did is mumble, until we where leaving to find the girls, even then I mumbled all the way.
