Third person pov
Merida woke up and was full of energy, for today she was going to put her plan in action and see if it would work. She then rushed and took a quick shower and prepared herself and got changed. She entered the living room were the girls where eating cereal and watching morning shows.
"Good Morning girls!!" Merida exclaimed as she approached the couch.
" well isn't someone a morning person!?" Anna replied to Merida's cheerful salute. Merida giggled at her reply.
" I was thinking last night on what you guys said and I thought about it long and hard and came to a conclusion.......i decided to....approach Hiccup first no matter what and become friends as many times i need to!!" The three girls choked at their cereal and looked at Merida in disbelief.

"What!!! Merida I told you to have patience, if you do that..everything will go wrong!!!" Anna exclaimed shocked. Merida only had a smile on her face, not caring for what Anna tells her.

" WAIT! Don't tell me you like Hiccup!! It was Rapunzel's turn to speak as she squealed in delight. Merida heard this and her smile immediately fell.
"NO!!! One thing I'm going to be clear is that I ABSOLUTELY do NOT like Hiccup and never will, like your imaging Punzie!.....I'm just curious about his life that's all and the sake for our new friendship with you guys and the boys... and maybe break his walls a little......somehow I can relate to him...." Merida looked down as she remembered arguing with her mom and how she decided to put a barrier around her but she would still let people in but she would choose with caution,even with Hiccup she was a little skeptical,but she was still going to do it.

Elsa sighed and looked at Merida, " look I know Hiccup is different and you're curious, you have always been curious about things that seem like a challenge to you but you have to know that NO girl has ever been able to break down that barrier, and you might end up getting hurt or might hurt hiccup if you only see this as challenge to you, if yes, then it's wrong to think that..." This time Elsa was looking straight at Merida, she just didn't want her best friend getting hurt or her friend's friend getting hurt, she might not have a close friendship with hiccup but she still care for him because Jack cared for him as a brother.

" Its not like I'm going to fall in love cause that's a big NO, my heart knows it's place and will never fall for the foolishness of love! And it's alright I'm just going to get him to open up a little, I might not be able to break those walls but at least make a window and know him a little and become in good terms but if I don't then I will backdown before it all goes wrong....,I just don't want to hate each other if we all are going to be friends, it's not right and uncomfortable.....And come on Elsa don't you remember calling me the brave princess, I won't step on things I shouldn't, trust me!"

Elsa looked at her friend's determination and knew better, she knew Merida will do it no matter what others say, she has been like that since she was a kid. She rolled her eyes and sighed. " FINE! But don't tell us we didn't warn you...Hiccup can be difficult and sometimes rude..BUT if you feel you can take the challenge to at least build a window for his head to pop then all means go ahead, we aren't going to stop you, BUT YOU HAVE BEEN WARN!!!" Elsa smiled and the girls nodded giggling.
Merida just smiled and but a determination face. She was going to do it her way and succeed with this shrimp to open up at least a little bit.
