They entered the lobby and Hiccup put away his umbrella. He ruffled his hair with his hand, trying to get rid of any droplets. They headed towards the elevator this time Hiccup letting her get inside.

When the door opened Merida stepped out and reached for her pocket to get her keys but she didn't feel anything and she began to frantically look for it. She patted all her clothes and checked her pack-back but no success. She thought for a second, then she remembered that she left her keys on the kitchen table. And with no help she also remember that Elsa has the spare keys but unfortunately she still has class and then work after that. Merida face palmed as she let out a sigh.

Hiccup looked at her but shrugged, it wasn't his problem. He moved on towards his dorm. Until he felt something tug the end of his t-shirt hem. He turned and saw Merida with puppy dog eyes, looking straight at him, giving him a secret message through eye contact. Hiccup looked at her with no expression on his face.

"No. And that's final." He moved her hand and left her but no soon after she was walking behind him.

"I said no. Go away." He put in his keys on the doorknob and opened it.

"Please Hiccup! I'm even begging you, which by the way I never do! Please. I don't want to be here outside, like this." Merida looked at him in hope.

"Just wait for Rapunzel or Anna!" Hiccup held the door looking inside, but half of his attention was still with Merida.

"They all work!" She started to exclaim.

"Why don't you work!?" Hiccup exclaimed back.

"M-my parents give me for my expenses BUT I'm getting a job soon..." Merida tried to defend her part.
"Please Hiccup I'll make it up to you somehow...I-I promise, it's just i don't feel comfortable waiting outside or somewhere else.." She looked down.

Hiccup turned around about to say something but stopped midway, seeing her again in a weak and fragile stage just standing there, wet with red cheeks and nose, it was absolutely not her but she rather looked cute standing there not being annoying.

His gentleman instincts took over again and he sighed in defeat. He moved forward and widen the door for Merida to pass through. Merida looked up and her face light up, not believing it. She quickly got in and sat on the black couch, setting her things down. Here comes the hard part.. she gulp, swallowing her pride.
"Thank you."

Hiccup didn't say anything but a few moments nodded. He set his things down also and then headed towards his bedroom, leaving Merida alone.

He stood in the middle of his room in thought.......should I?........He groan knowing that it was the best thing to do. No matter how much he didn't want be nice to her, he just couldn't. His mother raised him to well to be that selfish, he cursed under his breath.

He headed towards his drawer and looked through, trying to find something suitable for Merida. He came upon a green plain t-shirt. This well have to do. He threw the shirt on his shoulder and scan some more. He found black basketball shorts and he looked it over and shrugged, shutting his drawer back into place.
He headed back towards the living room to where Merida was sitting patiently, looking around. Her head snapped towards him when she heard him approaching. But at the same very moment something again hit her face, covering it.

"First door to your left." Hiccup pointed towards the hallway he just came from. Then retrieved back to his bedroom to also change from his wet clothes to something more comfortable. Merida hesitated for a moment but then started to head towards where Hiccup said. She opened the door to reveal a medium size bathroom. Their dorm is quite big, like ours, but in a different design. She liked it. And she had to admit, for boys, their dorm was neat and tidy.
