I hear it every single day

But if you truly saw, I know you'd never stay
You say you know me
You think you can read my mind
You say you hear me
But every time I scream you seem to change your mind
Your lying mouth
Your honest eyes
How can I trust you
Your sugar words
Death lullabies
I cannot trust you
See me
I show you my scars
You only look at my smile
I could tear out my heart
And it's just more to the pile
