2 Weeks Later...
Tyler's POV
You don't know what to do. The contractors haven't called you back about the house yet. Dylan's been letting you guys stay there and he says that you guys should move in with him but you don't think it's such a good idea.
Em had her stitches taken out a few days after you all went to the hospital for Chloe. Yesterday you guys went to the doctors so they could check on Chloe's foot. They said that she needed to keep the stitches in for about another week.
Em seems to be getting really skinny. Like, not in a healthy way. She seems to be eating normally though. All the time after a meal she'll always leave the room for a bit. 'It could be that she's... NO! I know my daughter. She wouldn't do that. Right?' You thought.
You figured that maybe the next at dinner you'll get her to help you with cleaning the table and you'll keep her busy just so you can make sure that she's not... you know. You just need to keep her beside you for enough time for the food to digest. You think it should only take about 20 minutes or so.
As for you, you're pretty good. Just a bit stressed about whether you should buy a new house with the insurance money or whether you should just use the money to rebuild your old house.
Wow you've been thinking about this for longer than you thought. It was about 3:00 when you first started thinking about this. Now it's 5:57. Time to see what's going on with Em you guess. First, time to eat dinner.
