Chapter 57

EMMA'S POV

You heard noise coming from down stairs so you decided to get up out of bed and go investigate.

You just saw Chloe and Ty sitting on the couch watching a movie cuddled up with Ty rubbing Chloe's stomach.

"Everything okay Chlo?" You asked her.

You guessed they didn't hear me go down the stairs because they had both jumped up and looked back at me.

"Oh my gosh Em you scared the life out of me." Chloe said.

"Me too." Ty said breathing a bit heavy.

You just stood there laughing.

"And ya, I'm all good. I just had a bit of pain in my stomach." Chloe said answering my original question.

"Okay, good." You said back to her.

Suddenly you started to get really dizzy.

"Ty..." I managed to get out right before I blacked out.

*At The Hospital*

You woke up in this white room and it was so bright too. It was making your headache even worse.

'Wait a minute... Where am I?' You thought.

You looked around a bit and you saw Ty and Chloe sitting on two chairs beside me not really paying attention to anything.

Chloe just happened to look at you and noticed that you were awake. She nudged Ty a bit and he turned around and also noticed that you were awake.

"What happened?" You asked no one in particular.

"We were at home and you just passed out. The doctor said that you'll need surgery tomorrow for your hand." Ty explained to me.

"What's wrong with my hand?" You asked while looking down at it. It was just bandaged up.

That's when the doctors walked in and said, "Well, when you passed out, your hand hit the ground in a weird way. It didn't break your hand but it did a lot of damage to your wrist."

"Oh." You said starting to get really nervous.

*day of your surgery*

"Don't worry, you still have an hour before your surgery." Chloe said to you to try and calm you down a bit.

"Emma, listen to me okay. You'll be fine."
