"Damn it feels good to be back!" August say opening the house door.

"It does I can't wait to go see Tika and Mandi" I say putting my bags on the counter.

"Call them up and see if they home tell Mandi to go over your place" He says.

"Will do babe, I was thinking I go back to work just till the summer begins" I say.

"For what baby I'm taking care of us" August says wrapping his arms around me.

"I know baby but I'm just so use to taking car of myself" I say.

"Love that you want to work and shit but you got me now baby let me take care of you like you deserve" He says then kiss the crook of my neck.

"Once summer begins ill put in my two week notice and that's it baby deal?" I say turning around to face him.

"Bet! Damn you're so beautiful" He says looking down at me. I love how his 6 foot frame towers over my 5'3 frame. Every time he compliments me I get all nervous and begin to blush.

He kisses my lips. "Lets go see yo people before your sister kills me" He says laughing.

"Agreed" I say laughing.

Getting to Tika place I rush up the flight of stairs. I use my key to unlock the door. "Indy!" Tika yells running towards me.

"Hi!" I say hugging her tight. We've never spent so long away from each other. Me telling her about my move to Atlanta is going to crush her. Tika hits August arm. "Don't you ever keep her away from me for so damn long!" She says laughing.

"I won't " He says chuckling.

"Stay the night you two, I hardly see you anymore Indy" Tika says whining.

"Of course we will sis, I'll just send August to get some clothes for us" I say looking back at him.

"Be back then" He says.

"Where the fuck were you?" Tika ask.

"Tampa, you know the shit Aug does he got mixed up with some shit and the hit his house so he had to run and I was with him" I say.

"You could have gotten hurt! Or worse killed!" She shouts.

"Tika chill I'm good, Anyway he's getting out the game soon".

"For his sake I hope so" She says.

"What I miss? Mandi been over a lot?".

"Of course! She in her way her we usually have lunch or dinner whatever together and chill... she miss you too" Tika says.

"I miss my crazy best friend too!".

"You and August getting pretty close, have you guys had sex yet?" Tika ask with an eyebrow raised.

"No! I'm going to be honest though we almost did but it got shut down" I say.

"Little girl yo ass better make sure he's who you think he is before giving it up" Tika says sternly.

"I know Tika I love him and he loves me it doesn't get better than that".

"Hope so little sister" She say cracking a smile.

"I knew I heard your voice!" Mandi says busting through the door.

She run towards me and hugs me. "Hey best friend!" I say laughing.

"Girl I missed yo ass! Where August tall skinny self at?" She ask.

"I missed you too, he'll be back he went to go get us some clothes since we staying the night here" I say.
