Trying To Reach Happiness Pt.2

Readers POV

        "You've changed.. quite alot actually.." Peter stated as he walked around me. Of course I had changed and yet he still looked the same. Sounded the same. Hell he even still held the same stance he used to a few years ago. Kinda hoped someone would kick him down a few.

        I nodded "That's what happens when you allow yourself to grow up." I said as I let my eyes follow him as he stopped walking in circles. He stood infront of me and smiled. "Your beautiful." He said as he walked closer. I scoffed. "What happened to that puppy of yours?" I asked as he furrowed his eyebrows. "Wendy." I dragged her name on waiting for him to remember anything from the past.

        "Oh right. I guess she did act like a dog. But she left a few months after you ran off." I nodded. The tone he seemed to use on 'ran off' made it sound like my leaving had been all my idea. "You kick her off the island too?" I asked as I started circling him. He nodded "I had the shadow get rid of her. You were right. She was weak not even close to being cut out as a Lost Girl." I nodded.

          "And now he listens." I stated as he turned to me grabbing my arms to make me stop in my tracks. "I regret making you leave. Okay. I looked for you for days but you actually escaped." I nodded. "That's what happens when you banish someone." I muttered. He nodded and slid his hands down my arm into mine. "I wasn't thinking straight." I nodded "But why did you choose her over me? You knew me?"

       "I-I didn't know what to think you hurt her and you didn't really seem all that innocent either.." I nodded thinking back to how much of a bitch I was. I mean she deserved the bitchiness but to anyone else I was the rude one.  "I can understand that. Did you really look for me?" I asked as he nodded giving me a light smile. "Of course I did love." He lightly put his hand on my cheek as I leaned into it.

      "I looked for as long as I could till I knew you where gone." I sighed and looked over to Hooks ship. "I wish I could stay." I said as he looked down at me. "You can (Y/N) If that's what you want." I nodded "It is. But I'm a pirate now.." Peter looked behind him at Hooks ship. "You decide. You can go back on the Jolly Roger or you can tell Hook you want to stay."

      I nodded and slowly took myself out of Peters grip. I took one last look at Peter before I walked back to the ship. I could feel Peters eyes following me all the way there. I waited for Hook to get rid of his last box before he stood by me. "Ready (Y/N)" He asked looking from me to his ship. I shook my head. "I want to stay here." I stated as Hook gave me a skeptical look.

        "Why?" He asked as I looked back over to Peter. "I don't want to leave him. Not again." I said as I looked back over to Hook. He gave me a slow nod before placing his good hand on my shoulder. "I understand. But if you ever change your mind you can wait for me on the beach." I nodded and gave him a grateful smile. "Thanks" Hook gave me a simple smile then turned and walked back onto his ship.

       I gave Peter a giant smile as I made it back to him from across the beach. "Don't make me regret this." I joked and he pulled me into a bone crushing hug. "I wouldn't think about darling." We hugged for what felt like forever when it probably was only a minute or a few seconds. "Can we go to camp?" I asked as Peter nodded and grabbed my hand leading me into the forest.

     I missed these trees. The sound of the waves from far away. The smell of the woods and the light rain that had probably passed not long ago. "How are the Lost Boy's?" I asked Peter as he still had a smile on his face. I don't think I remember one really being there for more than a second. "They have gotten better. We have some new boys but they aren't terrible."

     I nodded and kept staring at Peter as he guided me through the forest to camp. "What are you staring at?" Peter asked in a joking manner as he finally caught my stares. I shrugged and looked from infront of us then back to him. "I don't know it's just amazing to see you smile." I said as he looked over at me with his smile slowly rising a little.

        "I think I'm going to be smiling for a while now." He said as we continued walking. "Why?" I asked still staring at him. "Because I got my Lost Girl back. And nothing could make me happier." He stated as he stopped walking lightly jerking me back. I smiled up at him as he pulled me in.

       "Your beautiful you know." He said as moved some hair out of my eyes. I lightly blushed and looked down. He picked my head up with his finger and leaned down. "I love you (Y/N).." he whispered before lightly kissing me. I smiled into the kiss and kissed back. Once we pulled away I'm sure my face was as red as a cherry. "I love you too Peter Pan."

I have another one that I am going to make but idk how amazing I can really write it. It's a lemon and like I know what that is but idk how to like write that without hmmm dying.
