Our Song [Danny x Reader]

Chapter 5

When you two got home, you saw one of her many ex boyfriends.
"(R/N)!!! Please take me back, baby!!!" He pleaded and she looked her eyes and sighed. "Hey, you brought this upon yourself. I'm going inside to clean your mess." You told her, patting her back, and entering the house.
You began cleaning up when she and the ex entered the house. You threw a small package at her and she caught it. Running up to you real quick, she whispered, "Can you please pick up 'that'? Thank you and I love you!"
Waving her off, you grabbed your keys so you don't have to hear anything.

You went to a small shop around the corner and entered. "And the famous (Y/N) returns." Jake said from behind a counter.
"Shut up. Don't you have a boyfriend to be texting." You told him smirking. "Hey! That's our secret!" Jake replied sticking his tongue out.
You chuckled as you walked towards an isle. Looking down it, you found what you needed.

Pregnancy Tests.

They were for your roommate, but you were still self cautious about buying them.
Grabbing a box you walked over to Jake. "Here..... (R/N) needs them." You told him as you handed them to him. "Dang. I thought she'd already have 50 babies by now." He joked and you smiled.
"Same here. Anyway, I'll stick around this place till I know it's safe to return home." You said walking outside, sighing. The smile disappeared.
Sitting outside, leaning against the wall you got a text.

"Hey, (Y/N). This is Danny. How was the flight?"

You smiled again and texted back.

"It was okay... I'm just hanging outside a store right now. Making sure when I get home nobody is being banged."

"Haha, have fun. I was just wondering if you'd like to Skype later? Here is my Skype;"

His Skype info was listed and you added it.
Looking at the time, you began walking home very slowly. When you came home, ex was gone and (R/N) was pacing in the living room.
You whistled and caught her attention. Throwing her the box she ran into the bathroom.

She returned 15 minutes later crying. You had just finished cleaning the house and ran up to her. "What's wrong honey..?" You asked her rubbing her back.
"I-I'm pregnant and I don't know who the father is!" She said, crying into your shoulder. You continued to comfort her, and when she calmed down, you looked at her.
"Listen, I'm still here. I'm not leaving anytime soon. Okay? We'll push through this together." You told her. She nodded and began to cry again. Thinking, you remembered something you and Danny made together to calm each other down before the show. Giving yourself a beat in your head, you began to hum it softly. You two didn't come up with any lyrics yet, but you two named it. You both named it "Our Song".

After humming it to her, she calmed down and began to softly snore. Smiling, you picked her up and carried her to her room. Placing her down in her bed, you walked out softly closing her door.
You then sighed and began to freak out. Your Skype went off and Danny was calling you. Accepting, you saw him and calmed down almost instantly.
"Hey there beautiful." He said and you laughed. "Why hello there handsome."
He smiled and you two talked for a bit when you heard (R/N) begin to move. You remembered what was going on and your mind began go freak out.
"What's wrong?" You heard Danny ask. "It's just.... I'm silently freaking out because we just found out (R/N) is pregnant and I don't know what to do... I got her to sleep for a while by humming Our Song but she's beginning to wake up..." You told him. He thought for a moment and began to hum.
You listened, becoming hypnotized by his humming. Calming down, you began to hum along. Together, you both created a beautiful song.
When you two finished the song, you laughed. "You are a very sneaky person, Danny." You told him. He just smiled and shrugged, "I try. I'll never be able to beat Ninja Brian though."

After about two more hours of talking, he had to go. "Bye, (Y/N)." He said with his goofy smile. "Bye!"
After the conversation ended, you heard (R/N) at the door. "Who was he?"
"He was Danny. You know, I told you about him....." You trailed off. She looked scared, almost fragile.
"What's wrong...?" You asked her. She pointed behind you and you turned around to your window.
Standing there, was a masked man. You then remembered the rumours of a masked murderer.
"Shit." You said, locking everything and closing all of the blinds.
Taking your camera and laptop, you grabbed (R/N)'s hand and took her into your basement.
Hiding (R/N) in the safe spot, you sat beside her with your pocket knife.
Turning the camera on, you began talking.
"Hey guys, (Y/N) here. So here is a quick update from me. The convention was fun and we are now currently hiding from that masked murderer." You told the camera as (R/N) huddled against your arm.
"So I will keep talking to you till I think it's safe to come out or he's found his way down here."
You talked to the camera, trying to keep yourself and (R/N) calm, till you both heard the footsteps above you. You then went quiet as you heard the basement door be kicked down.
The person slowly walked down the stairs you were hiding under. It was a closet big enough for you and (R/N) to fit in.
The camera continued rolling, as you stared at the door beside you. Getting up, you handed (R/N) the camera and grabbed your knife.
You slowly opened the door and looked around. The person was on the other side of the basement, searching for you.
Closing the door, you turned to (R/N), forgetting about the camera. "If he finds us, run. You hear me? I'll be right behind you. Just run and don't look back."
She hesitantly nodded and you kneeled down. You heard the person come towards the closet and stop right in front of the door.
You took your phone out and got your flashlight ready to blind him. He began to open the door, and you slammed it open, quickly turning your flashlight on and off over and over in his eyes.
(R/N) bolted away, dropping your camera which faced you still.
You grabbed the masked man's weapon away and pushed him down, slamming your leg on the ground in the process.
You then held him down and took his mask off. You couldn't believe who the murderer was.

It was (R/N)'s ex.
