Chapter 23

You and Ross were talking about Steam Train when Arin walked over. "Hey, what are you guys talking about?"
"Uh, something you aren't apart of." Ross said and you giggled.
"Aww man. Oh well, hey (Y/N), I heard you made some Mario maker levels for us. Care to set it up to the level you want us to start on?" Arin asked you.
"Sure. Wait here Ross." You walked into the grump room and saw Danny laying on the couch.
"Where the hell are your levels..?" He asked when he saw you enter.
"Let me see." You took the Wii U controller and went over to Ross's starred levels.
"Right there is the one I want you two to play first." You clicked the level and handed Danny the controller back.
"Okay! Wait.... Are we gonna rage?" He asked before you left.
"Maybe, maybe not." You kissed his forehead and walked out.
"There you go Arin. All set up." You sat back down beside Ross and Arin left.
"They're gonna rage aren't they?" Ross asked.
"How'd you guess?" You smirked and high-fived him. "You really are like me." He said and you both continued to talk about what to play on Steam Train.

We later heard yelling and you both went to go check on them. You both entered the sound room and looked through the window, seeing Danny laughing as Arin nearly threw the controller.
"AHHHH! WHY DON'T YOU TRY DANIEL?" He handed Danny the controller. "Okay, Arin, calm down."

After a bit Danny began to get frustrated. "How the hell is this so hard..? WHAT GAVE HER THE IDEA TO MAKE A LEVEL LIKE THIS!?"

When they finally made it to the end level, there was a message you had written with the blocks.

"Good job Danny and Arin! You finally made it!"

They finished the course and ended the episode. Arin stood up and left the room while Danny was dying of laughter.
You avoided Arin and sat beside Danny. "You okay?"
"Yeah, damn it (Y/N), why did you make a level like that?" He asked you.
"Ross helped." You answered and he hugged you.
"I swear, you are his child from the future." He smiled and you laughed.
"Yeah right." You began to play with his messy hair.

When you got home, the twins were in bed. "Sorry I'm home late, Steam Train kept me there. We had to finish the episode." You said as you entered the house.
"Is that so, (Y/N)?" A voice asked and you recognized it.
"Why are you here..? You should be in jail...." You told him. He stood up and walked over to you, and closed the door.
"Listen, if you do as I say, (R/N) and the twins will be okay. And so will you little friends." He threatened.
"I'm not your pet anymore. I was done being your pet when you broke up with (R/N) and she quit her job. We vowed if she began that job again, I'd do one thing you want. But she quit, to save the twins future." I told him.
"Is that so? You know deep in your heart she's doing it again. They are looking for you both." He walked into the kitchen.
"What do you mean... Brad?" You asked.
"You know she's starting her bad habits up. And soon enough, your house will be filled with people again." He answered.
"You don't mean...... That's why she took so long..."
Brad smirked and walked back over to you at the door, "See you soon, (Y/N). Prison has done me well in calming down. At least, I now know what's right from wrong. Don't forget, he will want you back home."
Brad left and you watched him.

So your father was waiting for you to come home.
