Martin
"Crystal." I whisper, shaking her a little, trying to wake her up. "Crystal, wake up."

She starts to stir. She brought her hands up to her eyes and rubbed them. "Good morning, how'd you sleep?"

She looks at me, still half asleep. No answer.

"What do you wanna do today?" She just shrugs. Guess she's not much of a talker in the mornings.

"Talk to me." I tell her. She smiles and shakes her head. I laugh lightly.
"Well when you feel like talking, I'm taking you somewhere." She smiles exaggeratedly, looking like the "😁" emoji. God, she's so cute.

She sits up, groans, and stretches. She then smoothens down her hair and gets up to go to the bathroom.

I have plans to show her around the city today. First we go to a cafe to get some breakfast. Then I show her where I went to school, both the academic and producer school. After that, we'll go to some tourist attractions. We'll stop back by my parents house so we can eat lunch and also so I get to spend some time with them. Then I have an event to go to with Watse and Jose. It involves drinking so I won't ask Crystal to come, just tell her that I'm going. She still has to take a shot, at least before we leave.

"Martin?!" Crystal calls. Her voice startled me, given that it's the first time I've heard her speak today.

"Yes?"
"Please tell me you have plans for the day."
"I do."
"Then tell me so I know what to wear."
"Cafe for breakfast, walking around the town, tourist attractions, and then mom and dad's house." I call of each one on my fingers.
"Okay, let's see what I have..." She starts rummaging through her suitcase, then looks up at me.

"Dress or jeans?"
"A dress, it's not that cold outside today."

She pulls out a blue floral, flowy dress with cap sleeves. "Would this be fine?" She asks.
"Perfect."

"I'll take a vanilla frapuccino please." Crystal tells the waitress.
"Hot cocoa please."
"Not much of a coffee drinker?" Crystal asks me after the waitress walks away.
"No it's just that I always drink coffee. Wanted something different this time."
She nods.

"Oh, I forgot to tell you. I have to go to this little party with Watse and Jose. I won't ask you to come because we'll be drinking, but I just wanted to let you know."
"Okay, that's fine. I'll stay at the hotel and wait for you to come back."
"Are you sure? I could let you stay with Laura or something so you won't feel lonely."
"Aw that's sweet, but no I'll be fine. I have to FaceTime Dustin and call my mom so I should be occupied for a while."

I nodded in response. Just then, the waitress brings us our drinks. "You guys ready to order?" She asks. I'm surprise she's not speaking Dutch. Maybe it's because she noticed Crystal only speaking English. The waitress, who's name on her name tag says Emily, does have an accent, though.

"Ready when you are." Crystal says to me.
"Ladies first."

She smiles, thanking me with her eyes, and then begins to order her food.

Breakfast went by quickly, considering the food was so good that neither Crystal or I spoke to each other until we were both finished. It was time to show her around the city.

We walked down the street and my academic school I went to before producer school came into view.
"That's my school over there." I pointed out the building.
"Were you good in school?" She asked.
"Academics, no. But I'm gonna show you my producing school which I excelled in, obviously."
