That One Popular Guy

Itachi Uchiha reigned supreme in the Kohonagakure University's social ladder, just as he had done in high school. His younger brother, Sasuke, took that role now that Itachi had graduated and was enrolled in college. Both the Uchiha brothers were freshmen, but gained instant popularity the moment they walked through the gates. However, this isn't about Sasuke Uchiha- it's about Itachi. He wore his sunglasses all the time, be it rain or shine. He was polite and sociable, athletic, and well versed. In fact, Itachi even knew over a hundred languages. Unlike his brother, Itachi did not flaunt his wealth or use the Uchiha name to gain access or favours to anything and from anyone. Even his attire was modest, just some black jeans with a standard button down shirt that was just as white as his teeth. Over said shirt, Itachi wore a different coloured sleeveless sweater. Today, it was green.

Today was going to be a special day, at least to Itachi.

Finding his intended companion, he patted her shoulder. Squealing, [Name] whirled around and prepared her hand for a slap. Her [colour] eyes widened and she managed to stop her hand in time, but Itachi just chuckled at her perplexed expression. His usually stoic face was instead covered with a placid appearance and he reached up to hold her hand, bringing her palm to his cheek as he leaned in against her warmth. Itachi let a soft hum of content leave his throat, his granite eyes closing as he enjoyed the feel of her [skin tone] flesh against his.

"Oi, what are doing now?" she quipped.

"Just relaxing," he replied, eyes still closed.

Their schoolmates walked past, whispering to one another as they gawked at the handsome boy with the average girl.

[Name] could hear their whispers...  Oh, it's that one popular guy! What's he doing with an ugly bitch like her?

Itachi didn't seem to care, though.

"That one popular guy is allowed to love whomever he so desires," he stated, however, proving that he actually did.

To make his point to the increasing crowd, Itachi bent down and pressed a kiss to her lips.
