Crazy Dancing & Cocktail Drinks

"Hey! Over here! U guys look incredible!" I waved to Jack, Remy, Lara, & Noah. As they came over to join me & Luke, out of the corner of my eye, I saw Jay, & his annoying sisters also walking over.

"Hi guys! Amazing party, isn't it?!" Jennifer gushed.

"Yup," we all said together, not wanting to make any more conversation.

"So we were wondering," Jay started.

"We don't care," Luke said.

"Pretty much," Remy added.

"Fine. Whatever. C'mon guys," Jay said to his sisters."Ur loss Nellie."

"Get Lost!" I called after him.

We all looked at each other.

"They were right about one thing," Noah said. "This party's great! Let's go get some drinks. Cocktail anyone?"

We all smiled & followed him & Lara to the aisle store. Those drinks were amazing. We couldn't stop drinking them!
"So," I heard Jack tell Remy. "Wanna dance?" he asked.

"Absolutely!" she practically screamed. In time, we were all dancing. This was the last part we were having before graduation. I wanted to enjoy every part of it.

  I woke up with a throbbing headache. I sat up drowsily & tried to stagger outta bed, only to fall on the floor. I felt frantic. Remy & Lara we both asleep, but they woke up when they heard me thump on the floor. Them, in return, looked no better than I felt. Remy tried to reach me, but fell down too. Lara, did the sensible thing, however. She reached over to her phone & dialed for the nurse. We all winced as the ringing tone cut through our skulls. Lara tried to explain how we were feeling to the nurse, but her voice came out raspy. Giving up, Lara said something about our room number. I couldn't hear what she said, but unlike Remy & I, she seemed a little bit better.

Within minutes, the nurse came barging in through our door.

"What happened to you people?!" she asked, shocked completely. "What did u do?"

None of us could answer, so she just helped Remy & me back into bed & asked what happened last night. After looking at us sternly, she said,

"All of you know that alcohol is not allowed on school grounds. But u all r drunk anyway," she sighed. "What type did u drink? & how much of it?"

Lara shook her head. "Cocktails," she rasped out.

I shuddered. Lara's voice sounded like that of a spider, if it could speak.

"No, this is definitely a hangover," she insisted. "You're drunk,"

A look of understanding came over Lara's face. "Jay," she wheezed. "Put it in our drinks."

As soon as she said it, I realized and was sure of what happened. That bastard.

"I'll talk to the principal about Jay & his sisters, & I'll find out what exactly happened," the nurse said sternly. "I know you all can't think properly, but I'm guessing Lara had less of alcohol than both of u. & everybody else is in class, so Jay, Jennifer & Jessica probably only wanted to prank u guys, not even the boys. But in the meantime, stay in bed all day & call if u need me.

With that she closed the door behind her, going outta our dorm.

If a person of the school staff had told me a day ago to spend the day in bed, wow I'd be more than happy. But now, with the circumstances....

I closed my eyes. Worst Day Ever!
