FINALLY! I'm going to the best concert in eternity in only 1/2 an hour! I was about to put on a fresh coat of lip gloss, even though I've put so much makeup on, I look like a vampire, when my mom came barging in.
"What happened to all the food?!" she asked, clearly furious.
"What?" I said. "I like food. There's a good chance I might have eaten more than half of it."
My mom used to love eating as more than a hobby & necessity before when she was younger, but not anymore. I thought it was stupid. I don't gain weight that easily, or rather not at all, so I just eat as much as I like.
"Nellie, how many times do I have to tell you to leave some for the rest of us?" she said sighing.
"Go tell Noah that. He eats as much as I do," I said.
"Nope," Noah suddenly appeared. "I don't. BTW, u look like a vampire."
"Whatever," I say.
"OK, look guys. New rule; you're both thin, but you people eat way too much food, Nellie a little more than Noah, but no eating food unless you tell me first or unless it's a meal. Understood?" mom said.
"NO!" we both screamed & then glared at each other.
"If not, then I'll transform into a vampire, & eat your head off," mom said. Vampires aren't real but when my mom says something, she does it. No matter whatever it is.
Thankfully, I saw Luke's car from my window & went downstairs to meet him.
"Hey, Nellie. You look like your super ready," he says.
"Don't tell me you're scared," I tease.
"How could I be when all I need to do is put my hands on your eyes & you're totally powerless," he mocks.
"I'm not powerless!" I glare at him.
"Really now? Anyway, whatever. You still love me & I still love u & we're going to a concert together, so get in the car, or I'm leaving without you," he jokes.
"You wouldn't," I say.
"Of course I wouldn't," he replies. "You have the tickets."

VIP tickets. VIP seats. VIP backstage passes. Everything was just the same as normal concerts, besides the fact that Luke was beside me & that everything was VIP. We both had a great time! Luke even kissed me a couple of times. I met my favorite band...................................! YES!
Sorry, this was a short chapter.
Anyway, no offense to vampires. I'm actually a pretty big fan of Vampire Academy.
