"What time you swinging through?" Rome asked. "Probably in the next forty-five minutes. I gotta get shaped up." I told him tying up my grey and black oreo's. "Aight man well I'll be waitin. Don't take too long cuz a nigga gettin hungry." he said. I laughed "Aight. I'll hit you up when I'm on my way." "Aight." he replied and I ended the call.

I got up from the couch in my room and walked to the dresser to put my watch on. This would be the first time wearing it since Ki bought it for me. After I got it on I sprayed on some 'dolce and gabbana' cologne. I looked myself over and once I approved, I grabbed my keys and proceeded downstairs.

"What's up Dre? How you livin?" Jamon my barber asked me. He's been my barber for awhile now. He's like a grandfather to me. I don't know exactly how old is he is but I wouldn't dare to ask. I was raised to never question your elders about age. I dapped him up and pulled him into a manly hug.

"I'm good J. How about you?" I asked him sitting down in the barber chair. He smiled "I'm doin ok. Got a bad hip now. But I'll be alright." he said draping the plastic apron around my neck. I smoothed the rest of it out down to knees. He lifted my seat up some to get a better reach.

Jamon didn't look too old. Maybe around his late fifties. Brown skinned and had some grey hair in his beard and the hair that he did have left. He was around my height and had some light grey eyes that freaked me out a little, when I first met him. He's very laid back and wise. I've always like listening to his advice about life.

He began to cut my hair as I watched something on tv. I didn't know what it was since I had a hard time  focusing. All my mind has been on lately is Ki and this tour. I can proudly say that I want to spend the rest of my life with Ki. I couldn't see myself without her and she means more than the world to me. I swear if my mother was still alive she would love her just as much as I do.

Time really is ticking and the more I think about it, the more time I take showing Ki I appreciate her. She's my back bone. My rock. My world. Everything I do I do for her. Yea I love my fans but if I didn't meet Ki I wouldn't have gotten the opportunities I would have. Before I met her I held back a lot. I didn't think my talent was good enough to showcase.

"How are you and that fine young woman of yours?" Jamon asked bringing me back to reality. I smiled "We're great. I miss her and it's only been a couple hours since she left." I told him. He chuckled "Ahh. Young love. I remember those days. I can tell you really love her just by talking about her. She's lucky to have a young fellow like you." he said.

"Yes sir. She means a lot to me and I do everything in my power to make her as happy as possible. It doesn't take much though. She's an easy goin girl. She doesn't ask for much really." I told him. He turned my chair to edge the front of my hair line. "Good. She sounds independent. She's a strong woman." he said.

I smiled "Very." It took him a few more minutes to finish up and then I paid him, making sure to leave him a little extra as a tip. I always rewarded his work. I stood up to look in the mirror at his station and smiled. I was lookin right again. I turned back to thank him.

"Thanks again J. I appreciate it." I told him. He pulled me into a hug and patted my back quite hard. For him to be older he still had a strong arm. "No problem Dre. Next time you come bring Ki with you. I haven't seen a fine young thing in years." he joked. Old perverts. I chuckled "Will do if she agrees to come."

"Alright. Have a good rest of the day. Be blessed." he smiled sweeping up the hair on the floor. "I will. Same to you." I said giving him a head nod and walking out to my car. Once I pulled out of the parking lot I called Rome.
