Chapter ¤ 12 -Got him!- (Part I)

*An Hour Later*

After Rios left all I did was constantly check the time on my phone. I was anxious and the worst scenarios kept playin over and over in my head. What if she's not there.. What if she's not alive.. What if he hurt her.. I just couldn't shake the feelin I had in the pit of my stomach, that anything is game.

I still haven't heard anything from Rios yet. The anticipation is eatin away at me. "You aight man?" Rome asked, comin back into the living room. "I guess so. I don't know." I told him honestly. He sighed "Man I know you anxious but keep ya cool. I know Rios will be back soon. Have you even ate today?" he asked me.

"Nah. I haven't had time." I lied. Of course I had time to eat but I didn't want to. All I been focused on is gettin my girl back from this crazy ass nigga. Rome shook his head. "You know Ki wouldn't like that " I chuckled "I know. But I'll eat soon." I told him, leanin back into the couch. He nodded "Well if you want somethin, I'm about to go pick up some food for me and Lis" he said, taking his keys from his pants pocket.

"Yea I guess I'll get somethin." I told him. I got up and decided to go wit him. Stayin here was gonna change anything. "Aye Jay." "Yea. What's up?" he asked stretching. This nigga was dozing off. "You need to wake ya ass up. Analis' is upstairs so keep watch. Don't let nothin happen while we're gone." I told him seriously. He nodded yawning. "Aight. Bring me somethin back. I'm starvin."

I laughed and walked out the door behind Rome. We both got into his car and made our way to 'Shanes Rib Shack'. Hopefully by the time we come back, Rios will hit me up.

"Darian you already know where my heart is. You know I love Dre. Why do you keep insisting that I leave him for you, when you kept secrets from me. Let alone wasn't even worried about my feelings, after I found out what you really were doing out there. How would I look taking you back? I'm forgiving and I forgave you. But I just can't do this with you." I told him.

Even though I'm saying all this, I already know it's gonna go in one ear and out the other. Nothing I say is gonna make him stop trying to get me back. Nothing.

"So you can forgive me for what I did but leave me alone. But yet Dre kissed some other bitch while y'all was at the club, and you take him back? I never cheated on you. Let alone kiss on another female." he argued. I shook my head. There is really no winning with him. "That's different Darian. It was a mistake. What you did was a choice. I'm done talking about this." I told him.

"No. I'm not done talkin to you." he pursed. Ugggggggh!  I literally just want to scream. "What makes him so much better than me? I know you still love me Ki. Don't front like you don't." he said. I didn't say anything. What was there for me to say? Anything I say will just make him argue with me. Everything in his eyes is wrong for me to say.

"So you don't got nothin to say?" he asked me. I rolled my eyes. "Can you just untie me please. I need to use the bathroom." I lied. Knowing him he would believe me. I couldn't take this shit anymore. He eyed me "Aight. But I'm watchin you." he said. I gave him a fake smile while he walked over to my wrists and untied me.

Before I could fully get up he grabbed me by my arm and held onto it, helping me up. I stood to my feet and looked up at him. "Can you let me go?" I asked as politely as I could. He smiled "Nah baby. I ain't dumb. I'm walkin you to the bathroom." Is really fuckin serious right now?!  "So you gonna watch me pee too?" I joked. He chuckled and walked me to the bathroom.

Once we got to the door he let me go. I looked at him for a second before walking in and shutting the door behind me. I need to figure out how to get out of here. I looked at myself in the mirror and saw there was a hickey on my neck. I frowned and shook my head. I did my business and washed my hands. I need a distraction. I thought for a few seconds before coming up with the plan. Dre might be mad if he finds out, but it's all I can come up with.

Me and Rome had came back to his house from gettin the food. We ate and talked but still haven't heard anything from Rios. "Man it's been almost two hours now. Where this nigga at?" Rome said. I shook my head "I don't know but I'm startin to think twice about lettin him go without us." I told him. Rome nodded.

I trust Rios but it would've made me feel a little better if I was wit him and his boys, to actually witness what was goin on. I don't see what takes so long to get somebody when you know where they at.

I reached into my pocket about to pull out my phone when I felt it vibrating. I looked at the screen to see Rios name flash across the screen. I wasted no time to answer. I was ready to hear the news.

"What's up?" "We found D but Ki wasn't there." Rios told me. I felt my heart drop into my stomach. I was at a loss for words but I managed to push away my bad thoughts. "Where is she? Where this nigga at?" I asked him. "We don't know. But I'm guessin from how D was left here when we found him, she got away. We got him tho. I'll send you the address once we arrive." he explained.

I ended the call and laid my phone down in my lap. I'm ready to see this nigga. I finally get to give him what he's been askin for. I still gotta find Ki tho. Hopefully she'll come to me.
