I had just finished cooking dinner for me and Dre. He still isn't home yet from the studio. But I hope it won't be a late night for him. I miss him even though it's only been a few hours since we've seen each other. I don't care what anybody says. I will never get tired of being around Dre. Even though he can aggravate me sometimes, he will always be my headache. I wouldn't trade him for the world.

Fixing both our plates and putting them into the oven, I went into the living room to see what was on tv. I usually don't watch tv at all, it's boring to me. But there's nothing else to do. So I might as well.

I flipped through the channels and just decided on the food network channel. Can't go wrong with watching food being made. I put the remote down and pulled my legs up under me to get comfortable on the couch. I hadn't even watched the show for five minutes when my phone vibrated in my sweats pocket. I pulled it out and unlocked it. There were two text messages.

From Analis'

I know we haven't spoke since I told you everything. But I just wanted to let you know that I got a dna test done the other day. The results will be back soon. But I don't want to read them by myself. I wanted to ask you if you could come down here when they get here, to read them with me. If you don't want to I understand. But it doesn't hurt to ask right? Hope everything is well with you tho. And congrats on the engagement.

Hey baby. Imma be there in 20. Jus left the studio. Can't wait to see ya beautiful face :)

After reading both texts I sat my phone down in my lap. I didn't really know what I wanted to say back to Analis' yet. Plus, I didn't even tell Dre about everything she had told me since he had just came back home two days ago. I really just want his opinion on what I should do about this whole situation.

I heard the front door locks being unlocked and knew Dre was finally here. I looked to my right and saw him come through the front door as the alarm chimed. He sat his keys down and made his way over to me, smiling.

"Hey baby." he said, leaning down to kiss me. I kissed him back a few times.

"Hey. How was the studio?"

"Tirin'. Happy to be home. I been there since eleven this mornin." he sighed, pulling me into him. He smelled so good.

"Well that's good. Hard work pays off right?" I smiled. He chuckled.

"Yea. It does. What you make tonight?" Dre asked, playing in my hair.

"Baked chicken, baked mac n cheese, sweet potatoes, green beans and yeast rolls."

"Damn. All my fav's." he chuckled.

"Yep. I know your hungry."

"Yea I am. But... I'm hungry for somethin else." he smirked, licking his lips. I couldn't help but laugh.

"That can wait until after dinner. Plus I have something I wanna talk to you about."

Dre nodded. "Aight. Well lets go eat."
