Chapter 6: Queen Bee

Diane's P.O.V

After Cassy and I finished watching a whole season of that show, I told her "I'm hungry" and she immediately said "Great, I know this amazing Italian place." after that I just nodded in agreement and we left the cabin to go to this place.

When we got to this place I ordered this pasta that had chicken and bacon, because it was the one that Cass had recommended. We start eating and soon enough this girl Britney walks past us with her squad, and throws us a dirty napkin and says with this nasally voice "Opps, sorry thought this was the trash can." She giggles maliciously and trying to hold my first instinct to throw the napkin at her with all my might, I just said "Maybe, one day she'll just choke on all the shit she talks." Making it seem like I was talking to Cassy, but saying it loud enough so Britney would hear me. Britney rolled her eyes at me and looked at me with arrogance on her face and just said "PMSing much?" and I gave her an annoyed look and holding my rage against her I just said "I don't have time for this kind of shit." After saying that I just stand up, put my garbage in the trash can, not giving her a minute to react and leave; Cassy doing the same as I did.

When I get to the car I slam the door close and Cass said "Chill girl, you know she's a total Queen Bee." and I take a deep breath and say "I know she is; but having this standoff with her just reminded me of what happened with Nick and I'm just so mad right now." And I just yell "AGHH!!!!" Completely frustrated and Cassy hugged me and just said "I understand. Now do you want me to take you to the cabin? or to your house in the suburbs?" "Suburbs, please" I said and she did as told. Sincerely, I just chose suburbs because Nick doesn't know that I have a house there, so he won't know where I am. I'm seriously pissed at him. I know it was a really stupid argument, but he seriously chose to blame me over his whole life problem; it's just unforgivable.

I got to my house and said good bye to Cassy. When I entered my house, I took a shower and went straight to bed, truly I just wanted to forget the whole day, except obviously when I watched Netflix with Cassy and ate ice cream. Serioisly, she's the best friend I could ever ask for.
