Third Person's POV

Hindi makapaniwala si James sa tagpo na kaniyang nasaksihan.

"No..." Gulat na gulat na saad niya habang unt-unting napapaatras sa kaniyang kinatatayuan.

Isang malutong na tawa ang nagpalingon sa kanya sa gawing kanan.

"No, what James? No, because you can't accept the truth that you were now all alone with the murderer? Or you can't accept the fact that you've all fallen and running in circles on my hand? Hahaha."

All along ay ang babaeng dahan-dahan niyang minamahal ang unti-unting umuubos sa kanila.

Si Jannina.

Nakuyom niya ang kamao.

"Why? Why are you doing all of this? You want to take your revenge on us because of your sister? That's the most absurd reason that I will ever hear from a person like you." May diin ang bawat katagang binibitawan niya kay Jannina.

Napatigil naman ang babae sa pagtawa.

"Revenge? Nope. Sorry but that wasn't in my mind. You wanna give me a penny for my thoughs, James?" Isang ngisi ang kumurba sa labi nito.

"Actually about that, she wasn't innocent at all. Remember when Melanie's body was hanged in the other room? Alam niyang ako ang pumatay babaeng yon. Alam kong naramdaman niyang umalis ako nung gabing yon sa higaan ko upang lumabas. Guess what's the most boring thing is? "I guess... that's all you can say huh." Ngumiti si James habang may tumutulong luha sa kaniyang pisngi.

"Well, I guess so. It's your time to flee away. What kind ofdeath wish do you want, James?" Unti-unti itong lumapit sa kaniya.

"Not today Janni. Mister and Miss Holmbergs are here. And if I were you, I should start running because I have my mightiest evidence against you." saka nito kinuha ang isang recorder na patuloy pa rin sa pag record ng kanilang usapan.

"You forgot I'm an audio addict. Don't worry, I will send your regards to our teacher." Dagdag pa nito.

Napaupo naman si Jannina ng matanaw ang guro kasama ang ilang mga pulis sa dalampasigan patungo sa cabin sa gitna ng isla.
