The Realistic Dream

Chapter 5

Natalia POV

"Why are you leaving?!" Loriane said clenching her fists.

"You know what I have to do Loriane I'll be at the park I'm coming back in 3 hours"

She grabbed my hand and held it tight. I pushed her away and walk away. I felt terrible.

I went to the park waiting on the nightmares to reveal themselves. I sat on one of the benches alone with only one park light post working. I started crying without realizing it.

What kinda sister are you?...

I covered my face with my hands.

On her birthday seriously?...

I heard voices coming closer to me.

"Make Loriane happy again" I heard it repeating over and over again in whispers.

It's the nightmares don't be fooled...

I saw weird colours and patterns around me. I knew it was time to fight them back. I transformed and started attacking the nightmares. Instead of becoming weaker and became stronger than before.

You fell into their trap....

Loriane POV

Three hours...

I have been waiting for Natalia even though I hated what she did me.

Natalia is still my sister....

My mom sat beside me holding a jewelry box.

"Natalia wanted you to have this" she said giving me the box.

I opened it and saw a bracelet with purple gems on them. I loved it I really loved it.

But she's not here...

"Mom! I'll be back" I said started making my way to the park.

"Bye?" my mom said confused.

I need to say thank you to Natalia. I started running for a long time. I looked at my watch

12 o'clock...

Something is not right. I ran faster then finally reached at the park.

Your too late...

I found Natalia laying on the floor. She was clearly in pain with so much scars on her body. Her eyes were turning red then green then red again. I was confused why she was screaming and grabbing her hair.

"Loriane please you need to leave!" she said clenching her teeth.

"Why?! You always do this to me"

"I don't want to hurt you.."

"I know you won't!"

"Please...." she said holding her stomach with tears in her eyes.

I saw some spirits surrounding her.

"You know what to do..." the voices were saying over and over again in whispers.

She took out her wand with shaking hands. Her eyes weren't green anymore. She pointed it at me.

I know she won't do it...

She dropped the wand then ran to me. She hugged me something I didn't receive from her in a long time.

"Natalia I know what you can wish for"

Silence.

"You can wish to have your normal life back the life you had before you turned a magical girl"

"I can't..." she said letting go of me.

"Why?"

"You can't know why" she said trying to avoid me again.

Before I could argue with her the spirits started coming closer. I felt Natalia shaking beside me. I went in front of her.

"Stop!" I said when a white shield with a symbol of a black rose surrounding Natalia and I stopping the spirits from attacking us.

"How did this happen?" I said looking around.

Natalia eyes froze. The shield was broken by the spirits. The Spirits grabbed Natalia.

"Natalia!"

"Loriane... Happy birthday" she said before seeing no sight of her.

She was gone....

I screamed and started crying. I haven't seen her again since that day.

Why you couldn't help her...
