Chapter 21

Loriane POV

Why did she look at me with so much anger?...

I looked at Misaki who was looking at me concerned.

"Do you know her?"

I looked at the girl frightened by the way she was looking at me.

"No I don't know her"

Aliyah and Misaki looked at Mango who was staring at the mysterious fairy.

We reached home finding Antonio in his work uniform. Apparently he works at an ice cream shop.

I laughed every time she sees him in his work uniform.

"Seriously?" he pushed his hands in his pockets.

"I like a man in his uniform" I started laughing harder.

Aliyah, Mango and Misaki started laughing with me. Antonio looked like he was going to blow. It looks like Aliyah isn't the only one with anger issues.

Our class leader Brittany marked the register.

"Loriane Stephenson...."

I answered her but Brittany looked at me with an emotionless face.

"Is something wrong?" I looked at Brittany concerned.

"It's nothing..." she clenched her teeth.

Misaki decided to invite Brittany to eat lunch with us. She seemed happy until that smile faded away when she saw me.

"I'm leaving..." she said angrily.

I ran after her finding myself alone with her in the hallway.

"Why are you so mad at me?"

"Nightingale isn't it?" she smiled sarcastically.

She knows me....

"I don't know what you're talking about"

"Two years ago you did something" she clenched her fists.
I froze.

"You killed my brother!" she grabbed me aggressively.

Silence.

Tears came out of her eyes.

"You have no heart you killed him right in front of me!"

"He was possessed"

She grabbed me tighter when I said that.

"I don't care he was just a little boy!"

"He would of caused a lot of trouble...."

"Shut up!" she shouted at me.

I looked around if at least one student could come and interrupt our conversation.

"I guess your that girl who helped us....."

She smiled.

"Loriane I'll never join your team"

Her smile faded away.

"You have very bad intentions and I don't want you getting that black rose even it means breaking your hands"

She walked off leaving me trying to explain to her but she left without trying to hear me.

Misaki found me in the hallway.

"What happened?"

I explained to her what happened between Brittany and I.

"Wow her behavior seems familiar..." Misaki looked at me concerned.

"How?"

"She definitely acts like you after you lost sister"

She's right....

"I guess she isn't on our side" Misaki drinking her soda.

"I guess not..."

You killed her brother what you expect....

I clenched my teeth at that thought.

Murderer......

I ran quickly as I could from Misaki.

"Loriane?" Misaki tried to reach out to me.

Idiot...
