Name of Character: Ginny Sashlin

Godly Parent: Apollo

Gender: Female

Appearance: Ginny has long silky black hair, chocolate coloured skin, midnight black eyes, high cheekbones, full lips, tall, round black glasses and a medium-sized frame.

Traits: Ginny hardly ever laughs nor cries as she prefers to be seem emotionless by other humans even though she is breaking inside. She has a sassy, sarcastic and cocky demeanour. Ginny is extremely independent and detests working in a team. She loves battling monsters as that is the only way for her to get her anger out. She is the opposite of most of her half-siblings as they are usually bright and cheerful, meaning she is an outcast even at Camp. For this reason, her preferred weapon is a whip as she wants to be different from the other Apollo children. Although she has healing abilities, she refuses to use them even if it means letting someone die as she thinks everyone deserves the same life as her, filled with death and horror. Ginny loves to curse people with rhyming couplets, and does it quite often. Once, she even cursed Chiron which got her in big trouble but didn't stop her from continuing.

Weapon of choice: Whip

Background Info: In her past, Ginny has had many problems grasping reality about what happened with her parents. When her mum was six months pregnant with her, her dad had mysteriously disappeared one night, leaving no trace of him. Ginny's mum was truly in love with her dad so her mum had gone into a deep depression when her husband was gone. After Ginny was born, her mum couldn't deal with her depression, financial problems and dealing with an abnormal new-born so she starting going to alcohol for help and soon became addicted. One night when Ginny was about seven years old years old, her mum was extremely drunk and saw on the road in front of their house a man her mum claimed looked like her dad.

Feeling enraged, her mum had rushed out of the house with a knife and stabbed that man in the gut, in her drunken state. Hours later, when the police had discovered the dead body and her mum had returned to her sane state, she realised the man was not her husband and the police had taken her to jail for murdering an innocent man. After her trial, her mum was unfortunately given the sentence of execution and Ginny was off to an orphanage. After running away from about 7 of them in one year, a kind family had adopted her. All was good for Ginny until her new family was killed in a tragic accident by a drunk man. From that day onwards, Ginny hated not only her dad but her mum as well since her mum had murdered an innocent being just because of her drunken state and romance problems. She was then sent to a boarding school by the police, where she studied until she was found by demigods and taken to Camp Half-Blood.
