They walk over to the U-Haul truck, seeing him setting down boxes. He drops one of them while everything falls out
Greg: Shit
He bends down, putting stuff back in the box. Cass starts checking him out. Ash sees them smacks Cass on her shoulder. They quietly argue. Ash signs her to greet him
Greg: Stupid mother...
Cass: Howdy Neighbor
Ash looks at her. He looks at them
Greg: Oh
Ash *whispering*: Howdy neighbor?
Cass *whispering*: That was the first thing that popped up shh
He stands and walks over with a smile
Greg: Hello ladies. How can I help you?
Cass: We saw the truck and thought it would be nice
She shoulder bumps Ash
Cass: To meet our new neighbor
Ash laughs to herself while rolling her eyes
Greg: I appreciate that. I never really get the neighborhood welcome
Cass: Well, I'm Cassidy but everyone calls me Cass and this my best friend Ash
She shyly waves
Ash: Hi
He smiles and waves back
Greg: Nice to meet the both of you I'm... Ethan, Ethan Burks
Cass: Well Mr. Burks sorry to cut this short but we wanted to say hi before we head to school. It was nice meeting you
Ethan: Same to you both. Hope we become good neighbors
Ash: Same to you
She grabs Cass by the arm and starts walking away. Ethan checks them out
Cass: See? That wasn't so bad; was it?
Ash: Oh yeah "howdy neighbor" was a good first step of greeting him and oh wait, that ass action you enjoyed
Cass laughs
Cass: Shut up Ash
They head to school
