Chapter 24: My Little Angel (Edited)

The Next Day...

Everyone is still sleeping

Ethan: The itsy bitsy spider climbed up the water spout

He puts down a small trash can next to Cass's bed

Ethan: Down came the rain and washed the spider out

He sets down a first aid kit next to her

Ethan: Out came the sun and dried up all the rain

He takes a small knife out of his pocket along with pliers, putting both of Cass's tongue

Ethan: And the itsy bitsy spider crawled up the spout again

He begins cutting her tongue. She quickly wakes up screaming, waking everyone else up. They look and see that her hands were tied to the bed rail. Ethan was sitting on top of her, cutting off her tongue as blood gushed out of her mouth

Ash: Oh my god!

Axl: What the fuck?!

Ms. Childs gets out of her bed and tries to run over but the chains tug her halfway, making her fall to the floor

Ms. Child's: Stop!

He pulls her tongue out and puts it in the trash can. He then brings her head to the edge of the bed so the blood went into the trash can. Ash, Axl, and Ms. Child's watch in horror. Both Ethan and Cass were covered in blood. He begins cleaning and stitching her mouth. Once he finishes, he gets off of her then leaves the room with the trash can and first aid kit. Ms. Childs stays where she's at, still in shock while crying softly

Ash: Cass I'm so sorry

Ethan comes back in and walks over to Ash

Ethan: Ash I would like to talk to you about something...in private

She looks at him in shock

Ash:... What?

He takes the cuffs off her wrists, picks her up, and takes her out of the room. He was still covered in blood. He takes her to his room and sets her on the bed

Ethan: Don't move

He leaves and goes back into the guest room to close the door. Before he does, he gives Axl a look then leaves. Axl gets a concerned look. Ethan goes back to his room and closes the door. Ash was sitting against the bed frame. Ethan grabs the small box from his closet and sits next to her. He opens it and shows her pictures

Ethan: This my daughter, my angel

Ash: She looks like you

He smiles

Ethan: I was looking at these the other night. You guys probably heard my meltdown right?

Ash: Yeah, you kept us up

Ethan: I apologize. I'm still dealing with her death

Ash: I'm sorry

Ethan: But then Karen I mean Ms. Child's came to me to have the baby which I wasn't expecting

Ash: She wants to protect us

Ethan: I can see why she's your favorite teacher, she's such a kind woman. She said something that gave me a much better idea

Ash: Okay?

Ethan: And the funny thing is, YOUR parents took MY baby away so it would be fair for YOU to give ME a baby to make it up to my little girl

Ash: You're not really thinking that; are you?

He gives her a serious look

Ethan: What do you think?
