"WAKE UP!"

I open my eyes to see Amelia staring at me. The sight of her scares me and I push her away.

"Ow, rude"

"Oh, sorry."

I jump out of bed, and I look out the window. The moon is still hanging there in the sky. I turn to see Amelia sitting on the cold floor. When my senses come back to me, I realize what Amelia is doing here. I shake my head and pinch myself. It hurts, but Amelia is still here.

"So its not a dream." I whisper

"Huh?" Amelia questions

"Nothing." I reply quickly

A few minutes later I am walking with Amelia to the cliff. The sun is rising as the moon set. The streets are empty and the street light sparkles in the early morning. The dark alleyway, doesn't feel so scary. Our footsteps echos as we walk on the hard cobblestone path. The walls cast shadows as we enter the alleyway. Its get darker, but every time we go around that corner. The beautiful sight of the cliffs always blows me away. I see my sister standing by the edge. Her golden hair, blows in the gentle breeze. Amelia, runs towards her and turn around.

"What are you waiting for?" Amelia questions

"Just in time." Skylar smiles

I run towards the cliff and jump off. The next second I am flying in the air.

"Daniel, you're doing great!" Skylar yells

I feel so much happier and lighter. All of my anger, sadness is gone. I start to get the hang of controlling my wings. My sister, flies towards me. She pass me a knife.

"Lesson 3: Combat training." She says

Suddenly she strikes me with a knife and I barely dodge it. She strikes again and I barely dodge it again. Memories of Calvin's death comes flashes in my mind. I grip the knife tighter and strike my sister. She block it, like it is nothing. I attack again, she block it. I keep attacking her, but she keeps dodging and blocking. She strikes, I dodge it, but she manages to disarm me. The knife flies off my hands and fall towards the Earth.

"Okay, that is enough." She says as she claps her hands.

I am confuse.

"It seems, you have a foundation. We just need to make it solid."

"What does that mean, Sis?"

"It means that you understand how to use the knife, roughly. But you need to know some techniques and you need more experience."

"That, why I'm here!" Amelia shouts

"Amelia is going to teach you some combat skills, including combat training."

Amelia strike me with a punch and I dodge it.

"So you're a natural dodger."

"Huh?"

"Never mind."

She strikes another one and I dodge it, but she kicks me on face. Its hurts, but I stand up and start to look at her more closely. My face is red and swollen. She come towards me with a kick. I dodge it and try to punch her, but she dodge it with ease.

"You need to be faster, attack like you mean it." She tells me.

I nod, then strike. She blocks it.

"That is playing dirty. Whatever."

She come towards me. She jumps in the air, like a crashing meteor and try to kick me. I barely dodge it. We keep training until it is sunset. Both of us tire ourselves. I have bruises and feel really sore. Amelia looks like she haven't been touch. I lie on the grass and watch the sun set. The cold, gentle breeze blows my hair away.

"C'mon, its getting late."

"Five minutes." I groan

"Nope, now get up."

I bring myself up, and walk with Amelia back home. We walk down the dark alleyway.

"I just notice, where is Timothy?" I ask

"Oh."

Amelia looks down.

"He is in a mission."

"I pray for his safety."

"Thanks." She smiles

We walk in the night. The streets is empty. The clouds float by and the cold breeze blows pass. The main square is so quiet, you could hear a pin drop until.

BANG

A sound that breaks the silence

"What was that?"

Amelia grip my arm. We run towards the sound. Around the corner we see a shadow.

BANG BANG

Amelia grips my arm tighter. We take a peep around the corner. We see someone trying to bust through the wall. The darkness makes it hard to see, but there are bits of the wall that is crumbling. The shadow grabs a hammer, and starts bashing through the wall. I take a step forward, with Amelia squeezing my arm really tightly. I take another step around the corner to see what the shadow doing clearly. I accidentally kick a pebble. I freeze for a minute, I drag Amelia under the darkness.

"Who's there?!" The shadow shouts

The shadow drops the hammer, and observe the area. Amelia closes her eyes and her breathing is getting faster. My heart beat is beating faster and faster. Amelia breathing is getting shallower and shallower. I can feel it on my neck. I take a look and see that the shadow is getting closer. I look at Amelia, looking at me with fears in her eyes. We keep quiet, the only thing we can hear is the footsteps of the shadow approaching us. The footsteps get louder and louder, until it stops. The footsteps fades away, and the shadow picks up the hammer and continues destroying the wall. We take a deep breath, and Amelia finally releases her grip on my arm. The shadow keeps hammering away the wall.

"Do you know what building this is?" I whisper to Amelia.

"I think, this is the warehouse, where we store our weapons." Amelia replies

"Go to sis, and report it." I order

"How about you?"

I see the worry in her eyes, her hands are shaking.

"I'm going to follow it."

"You can'..."

I cover her mouth and put my fingers on her lips. She nods then run of in the night. I look at how she runs and see her tears, hit the cold cobblestone path.

"I'll be okay, now lets catch ourselves a criminal."
